A&W Restaurants bad service

This is about the location near Superstore.

I just noticed that one girl looked over or away from my friend while taking her order, very little to no eye contact. I thought that was really rude. Neither did she acknowledge my presence, and I was standing right there too. Here's a tip to the manager: hire people who aren't rude or selective in their service. They don't have to be overly nice, but they can't be rude like that either.

I noticed her being really nice to the customers after us, even though we did nothing to provoke her rudeness, except maybe looking the way we do, which is like people.

Lucky for me there's another A&W in town, where there's actually nice service, and the workers seem happier to be there.

If the owners looked at both locations they would see the differences right away.

Lucky for A&W, they still have a customer, but only because of the other location.

I agree that people shouldn't be rude. Unfortunately, minimum wage isn't enough to encourage competition among potential employees.

A&W Restaurants cold and very dry

I ordered a Mama Burger an hour ago (14 May 2010 at 3:45 PM) and it was ready before I even paid for it. It was COLD and VERY DRY and I was very disappointed.

I did not complain to the gentleman who served me (Dean was his name) as I am sure he was aware that this burger was made long before I ordered it.

A&W Restaurants food poisoning

I ate there on January 30, 2010 and ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. This was the only thing I ate that day so I know it was from the resturaunt. When I called the store the manager on duty just said, I will let the lead manager know. She didn't want my name, number or any other info. I contact their corporate headquarters, not sure if they will care either. I don't want anything, just want to make sure they don't let it happen to another person.

A&W Restaurants lack of cleanleness

Once again I took heed to everyone and decided to give A&W another chance...THEY SCREWED UP AGAIN PEOPLE! I ordered the limade thing which DOES come in a mug.When it arrived to my table I was pleasently suprised that it tasted pretty good although im not much of a fizzy soda taste.About midway through my sip I discover locks of hair floating in my drink OH and BTW served by the same waitress I had the 1st time I visited.Now It wouldn't be as much of a big deal if it were just a strand of hair, but to have locks of it just is poor effort on their part and plain disgust! Im sorry to say but A&W is out of my list in restaurants I like.If there are any new suggestions on new places to eat in the superior WI area that people would like to reccomend I would gladly vist them and give my opinion.Thanks

Terrible service awful/// From toronto, at yonge and eglinton RIO CAN plaza. She first took money from me touched everything and then began preparing burger for me. I couldnt hold myself and told her to exchange and wear gloves otherwise i want my money back. A&W Restaurants debit cards

Does anyone know if A&W provides facilities for customers to pay via debit or credit card in Malaysia? I was told they dont accept but I cant find any notice to indicate this on either the bank(s) website or A&W website.
We found the staff quiet rude when we enquired. Not having enough cash to buy food we decided to walk across the road to withdraw cash and coming back to have breakfast there (being a 24 hour A&W-unfortunately does not have an ATM machine in the building) leaving our park car in the compound but was told we couldn't as we are not customers.
Have we been treated right as customers ?

A&W Restaurants visited june 14, 2009

Sunday morning my wife and I decided to go for breakfast at the A &W Restaurant in Salmon Arm, BC. We ordered our food and coffee and my wife took our tray over to the station to put cream in her coffee. There was a silver insulated jug there, with a screw top with cream in it. My wife tried to pour the cream but none came out. She then partly twisted the lid and tried to pour it and the whole lid came off spilling cream everywhere. No staff tried to help us, so we managed to clean up the mess with napkins. We sat down to have our breakfast to find that both our bacon and egger and sausage and egger were cold, at this point, my wife started to cry, mostly from embarrassment but our morning out, (which we have few of together), was completely ruined...we did eat our cold breakfast, and as I finished my coffee, could see that the cup I was drinking from was dirty...I was offered another cup of coffee, which I declined. This is probably the worst, eating-out experience my wife and I have ever had, and will not return.

They have opened a Branch in Inver Grove Heights, MN, in August. They charge you a lot more than what it says on the board. Then they say, corporate gave us the board, but we don't have the product to double charge you. There is no where to call and complain. T

A&W Restaurants disgusting food!!

If you ever happen to have the misfortune of having to eat in Blanding, Utah do yourself a favor and buy your food at one of the two grocery stores. I ordered two hot dogs ($1.10 each, so that should have been my first clue) and I only managed to force one down my throat. First of all, if you're expecting condiments on your plain hot dog you better like ketchup and mustard packets because that's all they've got. Second, my hot dog was rubbery. It was like they found a hot dog laying around somewhere and threw it in a microwave for too long. Third, the bun was cold. They don't even know how to thaw out buns in that town. Fourth, the bun on my other hot dog, the one I threw in the trash, was moist, wrinkly, and steaming! Again, they probably just threw it in the microwave. Fifth, the cashier didn't know how to make eye contact or communicate with me since the words "I'd like two hot dogs" took multiple explanations. Sixth, I also ordered the menu item "Classic Float", and the cashier didn't even know what I was talking about. I had to point to the menu and say, "the Classic Float! It's right there!"! Seventh, the kid working the grill was leaning against a wall text messaging someone and when the cashier told him what to make he looked up like a deer in headlights with his bleach tipped hair and said, "huh?". Eighth, as I'm waiting for my food I hear them call out an order number, "201", so the person with 201 gets their food. A few minutes later I hear, "201". WTF? Then a few minutes later I hear, "202", and the person with 202 gets their food (me). Then a few minutes later, again, "202". Seriously, this place is a joke. It's about what you'd expect from such a small, and forgive the language but it's true, inept town.

The very first time I ever interacted with Tracy (she talked to me, not the other way around) she was rude so you both can just go ### yourselves. Preferably together. Check page 5 of this complaint. I don't mind breaking my agreement of not talking to/about her since she's apparently not coming back to this site (what a shame) and her mother is now making up truth instead of dealing with the real truth.

I am aware of no such PM. I am not a victim of anyone's threat or any other kind of ###. Assuming there is some sort of Tracy/shoelady/etc. (which I don't care about) connection and that Tracy naming me in two of her "complaints" has somehow silenced me is absolute ###. The fact that I agreed to stop talking to/about Tracy the day after she made those complaints is pure coincidence since I didn't know about those complaints until a few hours after I made the agreement with her. I probably wouldn't have decided to ignore her if I had read those posts. However, I'm sticking to it.

"Even if I told people about bad food or service, it wouldn't mean a thing unless they were in the same town. So if your A&W had bad service, mine didn't. Understand why I don't complain? It's not worth the aggravation of holding it in til you get to a computer. I'd rather vent to the manager and then forget it."

I can certainly understand that. If, by chance, however, someone ever traveled through there, I would suggest they go to Big B's instead.

Before going to that A&W I had nothing bad to say about any A&W (except for one in Sacrament that didn't have…get this...A&W root beer). I'm satisfied with this complaint and the exposure or lack thereof that it will receive, a sentiment I've expressed before which I'm surprised you hadn't caught in all your lurking. This complaint is nothing more or less than what it is, an anonymous complaint being read by anonymous people, most of which will probably never go to Blanding anyway. I knew this when I wrote it. So as far as "the brightest move" goes, I guess I'd have to say I wasn't really trying to change anything, just inform people about a bad experience I had. Nothing more. Nothing less. If you ever happen to go somewhere that serves inedible food, please tell others about it.

Why thank you, ginger. On page 1 of this complaint I gave my basic reasons for complaining. And I quote:

"You know what, my complaint boils down to this:
1) I had to repeat my order 3 times
2) I had to point to my order on the menu
3) My food wasn't edible"

You are definitely right about that. That didn't cross my mind but I probably wouldn't have done it anyway. That may seem odd but I see the complaint that I made as taking this as far as I care to take it anyway. $2.00 that I didn't ask to have refunded. Not a huge deal. I just wanted people to know about it.

Big B's is my choice of dining anytime I have to go to Blanding again.

Update: I'm back in Blanding tonight and hell no I didn't go to A&W. I went to Big B's burgers which was the ###! I got a mushroom and swiss burger with fries and a drink and ate is outside. It was ###ing awesome. If you go to Blanding don't go to A&W, go to Big B's, you won't regret it.

Throwing my complaint in with the Walmart nurse is an eternal shame to my complaint! I guess there's one thing people need to understand about Blanding - it's in the middle of f*n nowhere! The last thing I wanted at the time were two inedible hot dogs. Check it out on Google Maps and you'll see it's about an hour from literally any civilization. Except Monticello, which is just as much a hole, if not more so, than Blanding. Glad you enjoyed the comments though.

Trevor, you are right about that, I got what I paid for. Looking at my complaints individually it can understandably seem like a petty complaint (other than the inedible food, which is an automatic complaint), but one thing after the other is annoying enough to want to tell people about. Anywho, this Jason Tillo kid's some character. I was actually pissed off at his first comments to me but upon further investigation he's a super troll and I've actually laughed at some of his insane replies to people.

You know what, my complaint boils down to this:
1) I had to repeat my order 3 times
2) I had to point to my order on the menu
3) My food wasn't edible

I don't think that's setting the bar too high, even for a fast food place. If you think I'm asking too much please leave your location and field of occupation so I can be sure to stay away from you because I hate to break it to ya but your idea of "acceptable" is what most people consider "piss poor" and I'd rather stay away from you and any services you provide.

Yes july 26th 2009 was at the stoe in chilliwack b. C
Ordered 2 milkshakes 1 choclate, 1 stawberry, the choclate burned my thoart. My sister had stawberrynd it was just auffal, phoned the aw and the manager said they had just found out an hour
Ago, that it was bad. I told her i was just there 20min. Ago. Well i got sick all night and my sister had a sore thoard. Mean while no one phoned to ask either of us to see how we were. I went to my dr. The 27th and i had a very raw thoart now i fell at least the manager name dale should have at least phoned us not offer us a free milk shake on wed. The 28th till machine was fixed. I still have both milkshakes. I don, t belive that this should have happend. You should look after your vaiud

I went to my local A&W this week after reading the ugly complaint from squigles and they served up a beautiful plate of a cheeseburger with crispy french fries, made to order by a friendly short order cook. There were no kids working there at the time, just a friendly older woman and an older man who did the cooking. They don't hire kids to cook, just to serve the tables when the orders are ready. My server had a smile on her face and was very attentive to me. I even had a Classic Root Beer Float. YUMMM!

I enjoyed my lunch and went back to work with a smile. They surely deserve a thumbs up. A & W is the best chain restaurant. It's been around for a long long time since the 50's at least. Everyone goes to A &W and they are busy every day.

Just thought people would like to know not all A&W are the same. Mine doesn't have hot dogs, for example. They serve real beef burgers and fish.

My boyfriend and I took a visist to the local A&W on Belknap for a late lunch.I had ordered a combo sandwich aswell did my boyfriened.He ordered a root beer as a beverage with his, but I ordered a orange soda.When our orderes had arrived, his came in a chilled glass but mine was given in a cardboard cup.When I asked the waitress why my drink was not served in a mug and if I could get my drink served that way, she simply replied "I don't know. We don't do that here, so you can't". I was suprised and felt not listened to because after her comment, she just left our table and I was highly unsatisfied.I don't think that is fair that not every soda drink served in the restaurant is that way.I felt left out of the experience and for a first time customer there, I don't think I want to go back knowing that I'm not going to get a clear glasss mug and no true answer as to why.

I agree with the guy that started this post. I went to the one in Airdrie alberta canada and i paid 35.00 for a meal that should have been 15.00. The chicken burger was 9.00 and it was a bun and chicken and lettace with mayo...the onion rings were burnt and the drinks were soooo small. A&W sucks, mcdonlds is much better then this place. Everyone else shut the hell up and just read the post not insult. Just cause your losers and need to feel better about yourself by insulting someone, shows how poorly you feel about yourself.

But that has always been A & W's trademark as in for A&W Root Beer. They do that everywhere as their own gimmick. If they poured every soda in an iced glass then they would be performing a task that any other chain restaurant could copy without worrying of infringement upon their business practices. Next time, order the root beer too... BTW, I don't like or dislike rootbeer or A &W, just trying to explain the practice is all...

A&W Restaurants bad food

On Nov. 17 in the afternoon, my wife and I went to the A&W Restaurant in Blanding, Utah. My wife got chicken strips with fries and I got the chili cheese coney dog.. The girl at the register was like all duhhh! She was'nt very nice too! Then we got our orders. Sat down and I open my box of the ft long coney dog and there was two regular buns and two hot dogs..! I thought it suppose t come with a ft. long bun and hot dog! and it looked like someone jus splattered cheese on there! There wasn't even any chili on it! so i took it back and they gave me another one with chili.. when i finally thought i had the right order i took a bite of it and it was freakin cold! I was like what the F#?k! Then I took it back, telling them that my food was was cold! One of the young stupid workers jus took it without saying sorry or anything! So then I got another one! I know i should've got my refund then! But got another one.. And it jus got worst! The bottom of the hot dog buns were molded! I got so pissed off and got our refunds back! Both orders! We swore to never eat there again! I think the Blanding A&W restaurant needs better management and better workers, needs food inspection every week, better servings instead of serving sloppy food and faster service! it suppose to be a fast food restaurant! It takes them forever to make a burger! I don't recommend anyone to eat there!

Had A&W food in Bakersfield, CA and it was the most awful food I HAVE EVER EATEN! We waited 15 minutes at the drive thru window for our food from a restaurant that was 100% empty! When I looked in our bag the fries were burnt to a crisp, I couldn't even eat them, my burger had 4 pickles and mustard (umm ketchup anyone?!)

I tried to look up contact info online, but there is absolutely none to be heard of. I will be driving back tomorrow on my way out of town to complain in person.

A&W Restaurants bad attitude

I went into the restaurant to order myself and family some food, becuase usually thru the drive thru, if your order is not correct you just have to go inside anyway.

While I stepped up to the counter I was greeted. I asked the person what was on a particular burger. He responded. I then asked him to give me a minute. I was talking to my husband on my phone, and the guy kept standing there thinking I was talking to him. I again asked him to give me a minute. As soon as I asked my husband if that particular burger was ok for his dinner, I hung up and ordered his burger, and then I ordered a #3 KFC meal. (3 chicken strips, with a side, and a drink) It looked big enough to share with my toddler between the both of us.

I paid, and asked for a receipt. The employee told me no, and that I would have to get it when the order was done. Fine. (it is usually forgotten at the end of the order, and there for I have nothing to log in my check book)--this is why I ask upfront, right after I have given them my money.

The food was set in a bag and placed on the counter in front of me, and the employee just says thanks as they are walking away. I kindly asked for bar-b-que sauce for the chicken strips...no one wants to eat them w/o sauce. So the employee threw a couple in the bag. I happened to look in the bag, and see thru the clear tray that the KFC order was in. The chicken "strips" were more like those chicken fries at burger king. Maybe 2 paired together to make one. I saw 2 little tiny pieces of chicken, that was told to me they are the same as one, but broken in half, and then the other 2 "strips"...I'm telling you, these strips were no bigger than a bic lighter.

I kindly asked the employee if this was a normal serving.
The answer was yes.
I said, Ok, then I would like a refund, it looks nothing like the picture, and I am not paying 7 dollars for that.

They got the manager. He comes out of the office, and I'm sure he's working hard...not.
And he approaches the counter like a mad banker.
He says, what's the problem.
I said, I'd like a refund.
He says, why.
I say, because I'm not happy with the way the meal is put together.
He says, why.
I told him to look at it for himself.

Long story short here... he wanted to argue with me.
I asked him if it was in his "code of operations" to yell at the customers, and argue with them?
He told me that I was disrespecting the food.
I said, "disrespecting the food?!" Stop, Stop, put the breaks on, just give me my money back and you can keep your respectable food.
He got even more nasty with me.
I told him to get real, and give me my money.
Then he played the game of..."what" "huh" "what did you say"
I said give me my money now, keep your food and your attitude.

It was my first time at that location.
I will never return again.

Here's the thing, what happened to quality?
What happened to having respect for your customers that keep you in business?

A&W Restaurants rudeness

On September 3rd 2008 My wife and I went through the drive thru of this restaurant and ordered our food> I specified hot fries please. When arriving at the window, I was handed my drinks, as I handed them to my wife, one of the lids were not on securely and dropped out of my hand, poring of over my floorboard.The employee saw what happened and said, I will have to charge you for another drink. I said just give me some ice then. Then got our food. Some fries were hot and some were cold in the same package. Then when I got my chicken strips They were hard as a rock and very dark in color, as if they had been under a heat lamp for hours. So I came out of the drivethru and walked immediately into the restaurant and complained about my order. They did give me a fresh order of fries and chicken strips, but with a very bad attitude. My wife had always went to an A&W Restaurant in her home town of Anchorage, Alaska nearly 40 years ago and insisted it was a great fastfood place. I have never seen such rudeness before!

I visited this a&w in Port Hardy BC and ordered a chicken dinner for my family. When we got the food home we found that the fries were very old, there was no white meat in the two buckets of chicken and the coleslaw was old and weeping.
We took the order back down and when the manager came out she told me "You are a problem so get your food else where from now on" she didn't even allow me to talk or anything. is this how it's supposed to be?

I was in the city, Prince Albert, with my mom and we went to get a burger for on the way home. We went through the drive through and had to say our order a couple times until they got it. Then we they gave us our milkshakes there was milkshake all over two of the cups and it was coming out of the top. We had to wipe it off so that would stop spilling on our pants. no one was behind us so we cleaned it up. It took most of the napkins. Then they opened the window and told us to leave because they were supposed to do it in 60 seconds and we were taking up time. Then we went to get our fries no ketchup, not salt or pepper. Personly I think that if they had taken the time to do it properaly and nicely it would have taken about 60 seconds. If they are getting payed they should at least do there job properly. We have other problems at A&W!

A&W Restaurants filthy place and disgusting food

We drove 1 1/2 hrs to Revelstoke and went in the local A & W... it was not very clean. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy. We ate a burger... it was horrid... I ordered chicken & coleslaw... When I got home, we threw out the rotten coleslaw and it will be the LAST time I go there... Clean up your act... you should have someone spot checking your restaurants if you wish to keep your good name. Please let me know if you are willing to refund by $30.00 for such poor quality food and dirty restaurant. I plan on spreading the word if this is not completely looked at. Thanks, J.Doyle.

I have a serious complaint about "Rick" in Kamloops, on the North Shore, Fortune and Tranquille outlet. This happened 3 weeks ago on a Friday the 4th of May . I was lied to and coerced. Rick told me to leave the parking lot when he had no right to police the lot and no reason to tell me to do so for it is not his property and there was no cause. I was there to complain about treatment by one of his staff members. And a person cannot complain about a person who has a complaint that must be listened to. Rick is the "DUB" Nazi. His staff are A & W diplomats and have a responsibility to the customer when they are in the store working or not. I have been a faithful customer my whole life and deserve to be treated as a customer first, and we are always "Right".

I was out side listening to the news when Rick came out and interrupted my broadcast of the Prince George fire related deaths in my home town. Rick came outside obviously angry and says a few things so I turn the radio off.

His words were. “I want you to go I saw it all on the cameras.”

“I don’t like the way you treat the girls.”

“I am suspending you from coming in the store for three months.”

“I want you to leave the parking lot.”

I said. “What are you talking about, I did nothing wrong.” “I came here to eat and what was I deserved to be put out by losing my appetite by the way that I was treated by your staff member.”

He says. “When the girls are working…” “Then you shouldn’t be…”

Now I do not know why he is pissed for he does not say but I have to ask for a reprieve. And I have to ask for a second chance, it gets to the point where I am begging him to let me stay and explain, plus not to have my service cut off.

I said. “I don’t deserve this, I came here to make a complaint and it is not fair for you to complain without hearing me out first. I have to have a chance to say my say.” For he will not let me dignify myself and keeps cutting me off like I am an employee or his lackey. He will not allow for me to respond.

He claims that Terry was behind the counter working, and then I knew that I had caught him in a lie and that he had not reviewed or seen the camera footage/display.

When I say that Terry was not working he invited me inside but not before I had to ask several times to be given a chance to defend myself. He kept on speaking over me and would not validate my comments and responses.

We go inside and sit down with Fran present. He says.

“He has heard the ‘rumors’ and ‘the talk’. “ When the girls are busy, When Fran is busy, don’t ask for a bag, or a slip haz sign. The girls in the drive are not to be bothered”

I only do these things when I think that there is a break or a need that is not my fault but some other customer’s. I do not know that they are speaking to a drive through person and how would I? I forget that the headset is on. Nor do I have to remember for I am just a customer that is concerned and trying to assist not cause trouble.

Rick said. “That he was robbed at MacDonald’s and someone got knifed and killed and other things that caused him stress and to be careful at work with certain people, stuff about his ex-wife and how he treats her’.

Who cares? This is Kamloops it is safer here and we are not talking about that sort of crime with me.

Fran was upset about when I came into the kitchen and gave her an evil glare and wanted her help. She was busy so I came back later and I apologized to her for the offense for she has been a friend for the last 6 ½ years. Every time she had a fight with her husband Jeff I was there to help and when he punched holes in the walls I came over to fix and fill them for no payment.

I expect an apology from Rick for the lie that he told me and the treatment he gave me. I would like to have my lunch paid for and some other compensation for the embarrassment and discrimination.

All of his employees have an obligation while in his store to be polite to all the customers not just a select few for that is an offense worth firing a person for unless they are justified which was not the case. Weather they are working or not they are still dignitaries of A & W and have to be diplomatic to everyone while they are in the restaurant.

Thank I when to A@W at oakridge and had a chesse burger.I said no lettues just mayo, I when to the table to eat my lunch and no mayo was their the casher took it and give to the cook in the back.The person then put it on the table with her hand to put thr mayo on.But before she did that she touch the boxes of food on the floor.I work with food and for food safety, I have to wear gloves and hairnets. Why in your food place noone wears glove or hairnets. I will never eat in food at A@W again. Thanks

We were excited about there being an A&W resturant in the airport at Omaha, NE. It was 12.30 noon and we order 2 cheeseburgers and onions rings . We received cold hamburgers that had been much earlier fried, put in a warmer that didn't work. When I approached him with the problem, his comment was OH the warmer must be broke. I have to call someone and have it fixed. I told him it was the worsed food I have ever paid over $15.00 for, with no response, I thought I would let the rop dog know! This happened on [protected], and I doubt if I will go back to an A&W. Thanks, RSchaefer

This place breaks most every rule a food establishment should have. Filthy staff, mixed up orders, rudeness and obscenities. Complaints go unnoticed. Drug use by staff. Pets allowed in store by staff family. Personal phones call by staff on duty. Verbal assaults, etc.

i was at the A@W in vegreville on august 16 2008 in the evining this place wae a sham staff spraying cleaner in spray bottles at each other while people were in the restaurant i could not beleve this was going on the girl on shift boyfreind was there and they were making out kissing and graging each others buts and the owners Joanne and Brian don't seem to mind this after complaint again and again i am considering calling the heath and saftey board and having this place shut down such young staff working here they should be in play school not working in a resturant come mon Joanne and Brian wake up already and take a stand you are being played like pupets?

A & W sends out in the mail plus gives out coupon sheets in their stores. The other day I went to the store to get to Bacon & Eggers for $3, but was told I needed a coupon. I didn't have one because we only had one sheet for the whole office, about 35 people. I asked her for a sheet that they give out to customers but was told that they ran out. I indicated that this was not my fault and they should still be able to honour the deal that they were giving. She gave me every excuse that she could why she could not honour the deal. It made me feel like only some customers could benefit from this deal while others still had to pay full price. Did not make sense to me. MacDonalds is one block away, guess I'll have a new burger place ! A & W store is in the Sinclair building at Hastings & Granville street in Vancouver.

A&W Restaurants terrible experience!

I have been an avid A&W drinker since the early 60s.Driving up with the folks, getting those frosted mugs at the drive-in(before people began stealing them etc.) But now you try to pass off this "Rootbeer Float " on us?! You take the flattest rootbeer and add coffee mate to it and we are supposed to like that? The after taste is like the cheapest non-dairy creamer! $5.99 a 4 pack... whooptee-do! I have never complained about a beverage in my 55 years,but that had to be addressed! Not the same as when I was a kid walking the mile to the stand on Lambert Ave. and Santa Fe Springs Rd. in Whittier, Cal. and paying 45 cents for a quart of delicious root beer served in a megaphone shaped container.

Sorry but this new stuff is not good.

I was a fan of A&W root beer, but have recently purchased several 12 packs that contained severely underfilled cans. I have repeatedly filled out their online complaint form, but they do not even acknowledge me.

A&W in Park Lane, Halifax. Burger not hot. Servers hostile/indifferent to complaint in this regard. No offer to do anything, never mind give a refund. Typical of the generation serving. Absolute zombies.

I believe (but I could be wrong) those cases are filled by the Coke Company. If you look at the fine print on the case, it should say "Coca Cola" or something along those lines. They would be the ones to complain to.

A&W Restaurants too much sauce & soggy bun on papa burger!

When arriving to the restaurant, the workers are busy, but then, in between customer orders, they are often seen exhibiting immature horseplay in the kitchen. Mainly though, when we received our "Papa" burgers, they had put way too much sauce on them (by the top bun), and the bottom bun of the burger was completely soggy from the two burger patties. They were very messy to eat and the fries weren't very fresh either.

The workers don't seem to like their jobs or want to do them right: to serve the customer & get the product (food) right.
