Worst experience so far with a car rental company.
Made a reservation 5 days in advance, the day of the pickup, this very unprofessional employee with an attitude called from Avis and just says "we don't have a car for you this morning". Ok so what are my options?
"Go to the airport and pick one up". Can you get me a ride to the Airport that is 1 hour away? No.
So I got one from Enterprise just a couple of miles away, such a better experience.
