Ava's Flowers sold me an arrangement to be delivered to a dear friend's funeral. I paid online by cc for a specific arrangement, date, time and delivery address. After 5 calls with their Customer Service (very pleasant, but utterly ineffectual) the flowers never made it. It is now 48 hours after the funeral, and they still have not been delivered. AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COST!

Recommendation: AVOID THESE SCAM ARTISTS AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!
