I put in an order ($111) for flowers to get delivered to my wife's workplace for her birthday. I also paid the extra $$ to ensure it would be delivered before 2 pm. I got a text and an email around 11am telling me there was a problem with the address and I needed to call them. I called and it was a call center telling me there were no florists in the area that could fulfill my request...then they offered me a different flower arrangement that could be delivered the following day!? As this was supposed to be a surprise birthday thing, next day delivery of a completely different arrangement from what I ordered was unacceptable, so I demanded a refund. I'm still waiting to see if they will refund me.
Claimed loss: $111.27
Desired outcome: I would love for my wife to receive the flowers at work before the end of the day, but if that's not an option I definitely need a refund. And now it's too late for me to even try a different vendor.
