AT&T – Worst customer service and fiber internet

Had fiber internet with them since 2017 worked fine until earlier this year upload is terrible 3 gateways even their new bgw 720 had to take swap them out myself they want me to pay 101 for a tech visit so much for that guarantee you see advertised. Last time I had a tech out he drilled a hole outside 1000 dollar repair. Stay far away from them when it works its fine but when it comes to service they are worst
