AT&T review: Last month I went to the local AT&T store to see if they (AT&T) could save me money if I combined my phone service with my internet.

Chatted with a AT&T rep and they wanted to CHARGE me, just to talk to some C/S rep

Last Month I went to the local AT&T store to see if they (AT&T) could save me money if I combined my phone service with my internet service. The lady said "YES". Here are the problems:
1) My bill per month with both phone lines and internet would be around $110 - $120 - they are not more like $178-$220
2) The cost of our NEW phones was $399 EACH, I had to pay sales tax on $999 EACH phone
3) The monthly cost of NEW phones was $5 per month per phone, now they are $25 per phone per month
4) The bill keeps going up, FROM $109 to $220 and now AT&T sent me a different bill of $178 (because my internet service is STILL being separated AGAIN
5) AT&T keeps charging me SERVICE FEE'S, NEW LINE FEE'S, NEW LINE FEE'S, every month.
6) If I want to BUY My PHONES and move to a different carrier, AT&T says I have to pay the following: ($899.99 until your phone is paid in full)

I'm retired and I cannot afford these OUTRAGEOUS Prices. Now every time I speak to an AT&T customer service agent, all they can tell me is this: "WAIT" for your rebates. Nothing else.
