We received an increase on our bill about 7 months ago for some kind of random fees and taxes. Then a couple months later they increased the bill again. Now keep in mind, for 9 months our phones won’t call out, won’t text out and we can’t receive calls half the time. We called AT&T multiple times and they tell us they are working on degraded towers in our area and they’ll be finished in 2 weeks. We called a couple days ago and they told us that again. Same excuse for 9 months. AT&T told FCC they weren’t going to fix towers in 16 states due to copper theft, but I don’t live in one of those 16 states and they’re not fixing their old towers. They told FCC they would just stop providing service to these places in the 16 states instead of fixing the lines and apparently they’re not going to fix older towers that have nothing to do with copper theft. Our phones constantly go into SOS mode and won’t send text messages. When we answer a call the person calling us can’t hear anything except robotic sounds kind of like the sound of old school dial up internet. I guess they’re trying to save money by not fixing towers and they think providing no service and charging more money for poor service is the answer. Yes, we are switching to another company ASAP. Today was the last straw.

Recommendation: Stay away from this awful company.
