After being a faithful and loyal customer for decades, I do not believe that I could ever trust AT&T again. If I call into AT&T for anything, there is at least a one hour wait; usually a two to three hour wait. All they say is, I am so sorry over and over and over and over again. They look for discounts and if they can give a discount, then they will raise the price of your bill within a month or two. If it is a billing issue, they will transfer you to a "team" who is not usually there and who cannot find any more discounts. You must be destitute for them to help you. I will be looking elsewhere. The saddest part of it all is that they really do not care.
Recommendation: Stay away from AT&T
I agree. Speaking with them for over 5 hours last night and the problem with my Advanced Phone service has not been resolved. It was installed on the 5th of January, with 2 technicians to my home to troubleshoot, and still unstable service.
I will be looking for a home service provider and take my business elsewhere.
