AT&T review: Horrible internet and customer service

I have been an AT&T customer for over 40 years, and now it's time to go.
I have had multiple (more than 3) hardware replacements (AT&T routers and DVRs) due to failures.

My (so-called) "unlimited Internet" is throttled and I have provided AT&T support pages of documented proof. I am a retired IT professional and have given very detailed documentation on how AT&T throttles my connection based on my primary computer's MAC address.

This is when AT&T informed me of their practices of throttling connections that go over 50GB a billing cycle. If so, THEN STOP CALLING IT AN UNLIMITED PLAN!

Recommendation: Do NOT use AT&T Internet services. They are NOT unlimited plans.
