#23828620. on 9/2 I filed a complaint yet no results. shewanna coulter sent an email but made no further efforts to reach out. I called several times but was ignored. I believe that they referred my issue to AI due to the lack of communication. On 9/9 I was RE- scheduled for a tech to complete the order but they sent Mike, one of the techs that harassed me on 9/2. In the meantime I have no home security, no home phone. While ATT continues to ignore, neglect, and fall short of providing standard service. I refused to allow that tech in my home due to his unprofessional behavior. Because of his character, my entire family are all on guard. Its not wise for them to continue harassing me at my home or at any level. I am still trying to get my issues resolved and escalated to the highest level possible. I spoke with Jimmy claiming to be a supervisor, he was CRAP, I spoke with a guy name Manny, he was CRAP. this just gets worse and worse. These workers will yell and argue as if they have reason to be upset. What a team of DEGENERATES ! I will leave this company ASAP
Recommendation: COMCAST is the way to go
