This has been going on for months. The resolution was to cut my ability to send/receive emails, texts and even more importantly PHONE CALLS. What an organization that does not assist it customers in fraudulent cases. They punished me. Once this is resolved, I am leaving ATT for good. By the way I have been with ATT for over 25 years, and they still treat this customer with disrespect. No STARS from me with the way I have been treated. Never again is an understatement.
