AT&T owes me 162.38 for equipment paid and returned. CSR is the worst! I have been trying to get my refund for 3 months. Each time I call, I am on the phone no less than 3 hours each time. Nothing gets resolved! In one call I am told the refund has been sent, after being transferred I am told they don't owe me a refund. Each time I call it is a different story. I paid up front for equipment and upon return I am to get a refund. I have receipts and that does not matter. They will scam you. Stay away from AT&T they have so many complaints with the BBB it is unbelievable! Take your business elsewhere.
