AT&T review: Rewards program
I was promised payoffs on the phones I was trading in by switching from T-Mobil to AT&T. I turned in my phones and did not receive any confirmation, no follow up emails, no further instructions. I waited to hear from AT&T concerning the payoffs. I did not receive anything instructing me what I should do next. Consequently I did not turn in the paperwork required to continue the process of getting the payoffs. When I called to find out why I hadn't received the Payoff I was told that because I didn't send the final bill from T-Mobile that I would not be getting the payoff.
It was a failure by AT&T that caused me to not fulfill the required information. I was never prompted or asked to send anything in order to meet the requirements. Thus I am left with having to pay off the phones to T-Mobile and AT&T has received my property without paying for the three iPhone 17 Pro Max phones I sent to them. It is my request that AT&T honor their promise to payoff my phones or return them to me. The IMEI #'s are: [protected] 9

Claimed loss: Three iPhone 17 ProMax with payoff of 799.99 each. $2,399.97
Desired outcome: Take responsibility for the failure of AT&T representatives that did not inform me of the needed information. Pay off these phones as promised.
