My wife and I went on vacation to the Philippines from 05/18 to 06/16 of this year 2026. at&t offer me to enroll to International Pass and I didn't sign up for it. My wife was already enrolled in International Pass. I called custmer service and explained I didn't use my phone while on vacation. at&t charges 07/02/2026 was $239,14 and 08/01/2026 is $170.24.

Desired outcome: I would like for AT&T to give my refund
