CUT OFF... Verified my Lifeline and after over 2 hours and 2 days, Assurance finally ASSURED me that my service would be back by 8 AM.
By 8 AM I was totally CUT OFF and can not even Contact Assurance again!
I am 76, disabled, LOW income and now have NO WAY to contact anyone and NO one can contact me!
I can not even use Google Voice to call Assurance!
Recommendation: NEVER USE Assurance Wireless
