So I gave them a bad rating and filed a complaint on this bogus company. So they told me to return the phone. Well guess what, for the past couple of days that new phone has been turning itself on and off all day and all night, it would not stop. I got mad and threw it against the wall, it cracked into a million pieces. I paid $165.37 for my new phone I can do anything I want to at that point. So guys its a little to late but in good faith you keep the money. I will be getting a real, new phone tomorrow and I will be cutting ties! You knew that phone wasnt new as described on Assurance Wireless website, you knew! Do not contact me, send a pigeon, text, email or use smoke signals to get in touch with me. I have filed a complaint with the FCC, BBB and I will be speaking with your corporateoffice next. You can't do what you are doing to people and have the people pay for you to "abuse" them! Good day!
Recommendation: Do not fall for free phones, remember you dont always get what you pay for especially at Assurance Wireless!
