Assurance sent a sim card without a phone number attached. When I called customer service, (I'm hard of hearing) neither of us could understand what the other was saying.
Took an hour to get my 4 letter last name correct, and found my account but still couldn't help me with a phone number.
I don't speak any language other than English. I was trying to give a lot of grace for the heavy accent, but even my spouse had to call it quits.
I still can't use my Assurance Wireless Sim card...
