Assurance Wireless – My phone burns

Talked to someone today about my phone burning my legs when phone is in my pocket, phone stays hot constantly, phone holds charge for only a couple hours, very dangerous possible situation. Put assurance on alert for the phone being hot & leaving burns, they said 79.00 for another phone ! Last time I HAD to replace the phone was only 34.00. So nothing got solved, don't have an extra 79.00 floating around. So be aware, senior or not, I have to keep this phone & hope I don't get injured by it. Thanks assurance !
