Aspen Dental review: Repeated failed attempts since february 2023 to resolve continued delay of necessary extensive dental work to my teeth.

After repeated attempts by me to acquire firm date and time to begin major dental work provided by Aspen Dental (Pembroke Office Va. Beach Va). I am compelled to file this complaint. I have been a loyal patient of Aspen Dental Dr. Turkewitz for approximately 5 years and always cooperated and paid my bill on time and in advanced on occasion. During this time l have undergone extensive upper bridge work and experienced pain and recent past abscess which was attended to by Dr. Pella with prescription for anti biotic medication. This anti biotic prescription resolved the pain and infection at the time. Moving forward to present. This slow degeneration and lack of attention for approximately 5 months has left me with 1 lone tooth remaining in top of mouth. Numerous appointments and counseling have achieved nothing. I’m in pain no teeth to chew or eat with loss of weight aprox 25 lbs. and no resolution to correct the problem. lt should be noted all the extensive fixed bridge work accomplished by Dr Turkewitz has failed. Repeated calls un answered and conversations with Office Manager (Penelope)

have accomplished nothing but further delays. The continue delay is unacceptable. l need a resolution now.Commit to file dated 5/20/23.
