Aspen Dental review: Poorly made dentures Aspen Dental

Started the process of getting dentures on March 20, 2024 at Aspen Dental, 4246 S Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL, 941-467-3400.
Paid 3,250.00 that day. Teeth extraction and temp dentures 3/22024. After healing time had appointments post op, July 10 2024 paid $400 and final payment $423 paid Jan 8 2025 same day as appointment for impressions to make permanent set. Appt Jan 22 for final pick up of permanent dentures. They didn't fit properly went back to old ones, then March 13 2025 had appointment to make adjustment because dentures are crooked and making sores. The tech who made them denied responsibility and said they were perfect which was insulting to me. Nothing was done, left with poorly fitting, crooked dentures. The temporary ones broke, now two "teeth" have fallen out of the permanent set.

The least Aspen Dental can do is cast a brand new set of dentures and a backup set. Made a a different location (Sarasota preferred) using new impressions that will be straight. This has impacted my well being for over a year, it is very depressing to have spent so much money and still have a toothless smile and inability to properly chew food. I'll forgive the insults from the tech and dentist but will not go back to that office.
