Dixie Dental Center Dixie Dental in Spanish Fort is the worst place to go for dental work

Dixie Dental in Spanish Fort is the worst place to go for dental work. It's been over a year and my dentures still don't fit right after countless adjustments. They never answer the phone and don't return phone calls. I've been calling and leaving messages for 2 weeks with no response! Be warned, they are horrible!

Dixie Dental Center I got all my teeth pulled, around 30 of 'em

I got all my teeth pulled, around 30 of 'em. Went back 'cause they didn't fit right. They fixed the top dentures, they're okay now. But I gotta use a lot of glue. The bottom dentures push my lip out so far, I can't close my lips. Can't wear 'em at all. I called and left messages. Gonna give it one more shot before I get a lawyer involved. I've had to do this before with a car dealer, just to prove a point. I paid for dentures that fit. When I left, the top teeth were the only ones I had on 'cause the bottom ones didn't fit.

On July 29 2022 I began the process of getting dental implants. I had several teeth extracted and was told it could be a 6 month process from start to finish. It’s now September 2023 and I’m still not done with the process. They don’t schedule appointments after your visit they say they will call you they never do. I went in for impressions in November never...

Dixie Dental Center I went to Dixie Dental to have a front tooth taken out 'cause I'm in pain

I went to Dixie Dental to have a front tooth taken out 'cause I'm in pain. They just yanked out the wrong tooth (a molar). I wanted to keep my molar. So now I'm in pain from the extraction of a tooth they didn't have permission to remove and the bad front tooth that was supposed to be taken out, and they got paid. I hope they fix it, but right now, on Dec 13, I'm in Pain and they took out the Wrong Tooth!

Dixie Dental Center On 4/29, I went to Dixie Dental in Spanish Fort and paid xxx for a temporary partial that wouldn't fit

On 4/29, I went to Dixie Dental in Spanish Fort and paid xxx for a temporary partial that wouldn't fit. I told the dentist it wouldn't fit, and he said to wear it until the other one come back. The partial was made of cheap stuff, and it broke. Then I went back on 5/20 to get my real partials made. They were supposed to be back in 3 weeks but ain't made it back yet. I've been trying to contact them since 5/20, but they hang up on me when they hear my voice. When I call, sometimes I leave voicemails, but they never respond. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Dixie Dental Center Dixie Dental made my first set of dentures

Dixie Dental made my first set of dentures. The bottom one hasn't fit right since I got them, but I just kept them because I knew in a couple of months I would get my permanent ones. I've called, I couldn't tell you how many times, left my name and number so I could schedule my appointment the first part of August. Haven't heard a word back from them, it's almost too frustrating or I'd ride over there. I don't like to complain, but I left one place because they couldn't get them right and went to them. But now that I can't get in touch with them, it's aggravating. And they say to call if you have any problems.

Dixie Dental Center Dixie Dental got paid upfront for dental work, but they still haven't finished what I paid for

Dixie Dental got paid upfront for dental work, but they still haven't finished what I paid for. They gave me some implants that the dentist admitted were wrong, but told me to use them until they could fix the problem. These implants are hurting my gums. When we call the office, they just send us to voicemail and don't pick up. We want a refund because they won't answer our calls and can't give us the bottom dental implants. They keep passing me around. They can't or won't fix the service I paid for, even though I paid in full upfront. Also, they really need to answer their calls.

Dixie Dental Center I'm writing this review for my daughter ***, born on ***

I'm writing this review for my daughter ***, born on ***. She got dentures and posts from Dixie Dental. They're supposed to ensure a proper fit and do all the necessary procedures for that. She's been trying to reach the Daphne office at [protected] for weeks, but nobody answers. You can only leave a message. I've been calling 3 or 4 times a day since Monday, and it's the same thing. I even pretended that I needed dentures, but nobody called back. I tried the Spanish Fort office, thinking maybe the Daphne office closed, but it's the same situation. Leave a message. She lives in Ft Walton and has to drive over and lose a day of work. Besides going to the office myself, I don't know what to do. My daughter is in constant pain. She can't eat because her mouth is so sore. Any help you can give will be appreciated.

Dixie Dental Center Today I had an appointment at 10am

Today I had an appointment at 10am. The wait wasn't too long, but once I got in the back, it took a good 45 minutes before the dentist came in to numb me for the extraction. He didn't ask any questions about my pain level or anything like that. He walked up with the numbing meds and numbed my mouth. He kept telling me to open wider, even though I was already open as far as I could. The assistant asked which tooth it was, and he said he would be able to tell if she would open her mouth. He never once leaned my seat back for a better angle or anything. The dentist walked in without an assistant and started pulling my tooth. He pulled on it a few times, then stopped and asked if it was the right tooth. I told him yes, and he forced my mouth wider, causing me to split my lip and bleed. No assistant came in during the pull. Also, when I was getting my x-ray, the assistant started playing with my hair. The whole office was unprofessional.

Dixie Dental Center I went to Dixie Dental about two years ago for dentures

I went to Dixie Dental about two years ago for dentures. We noticed that after the time limit expired, I couldn't remove the gauze and tissue, and later on, we noticed that there were still pieces of teeth left in both the top and bottom of my mouth. The pain was so severe that the dentist ordered me a second round of ABT. With no pain relief, we made another appointment. When he called me back, he looked in my mouth and told me that the crushed pieces would work their way out. The pain from my mouth hurting is excruciating, and I have hurt every day since they did the dentures. The pain is so severe that I have not only lost weight, but it has also contributed to my blood pressure issues. Can you imagine waking up every day knowing you will be in pain and there's nothing I can do about it? I can't function as a wife, mother, or worker because, if nothing else, I know I'm going to hurt. The pain I have had to deal with is unbearable.

Dixie Dental Center 12/8

12/8. I went to this dentist place for the first time 'cause I needed a tooth yanked out. I had already been to the emergency room twice for it. They told me I gotta pay $75 for an X-ray, $75 for a talk, and $125 to get the tooth pulled. So, they took an X-ray and asked me which tooth I wanted gone. But, guess what? The dentist pulled the wrong tooth! He took out one of my front teeth that you can see when I smile, even though I was pointin' at a different tooth. They didn't even do the talk they said they would. The dentist just said I should know which tooth hurts the most and pulled the wrong one. I told him he messed up, but nothin' happened. I've been in so much pain and couldn't make another appointment for 10 days 'cause I gotta come up with the money again to get the right tooth pulled. I've been callin' and callin' the office and leavin' messages, but nobody's callin' me back. I want the right tooth pulled or my money back. The pain is so bad that I've been peeing myself and sweatin' like crazy. It's unbearable, and if they had done the talk I paid for, all this could've been avoided.

Dixie Dental Center I had a big accident with an 18-wheeler and lost my teeth

I had a big accident with an 18-wheeler and lost my teeth. I have a complaint about an employee named ***. The office sign says they help with insurance records. I paid a lot of money out of pocket for a full mouth implant. The insurance company wants to reimburse me, and they called and sent a letter. I even had her talk to them on my cell phone in the office. *** gave her this email address ***@affordablecare.com, and the insurance has been trying to reach her since May 9th, 2022, but they still haven't received my dental records. I need those records to get some money back from the insurance company. Ms. is really rude whenever I ask her to send the information. She was rude to the adjuster when they spoke on my cell phone because it was the only way to reach her. This is so stressful for me. I'm already dealing with a lot from the accident, which wasn't my fault. Another 18-wheeler pulled out in front of me. I've lost so much, and if it's up to Ms., who works for Dixie Dental, I might lose even more.

Dixie Dental Center On September 15, I went to Dixie Dental Center to have my upper teeth pulled and get a top denture

On September 15, I went to Dixie Dental Center to have my upper teeth pulled and get a top denture. I paid the full amount for the new denture wearer package, which was a little over $2,000.00. I had one adjustment and then my 6-week appointment for my soft liner. However, during that appointment, my denture was cut too short and drilled too thin. They said they would note it in my chart, but it was just a bad fit. I wasn't too happy when I left, but they told me to wait and see how it felt after the soft liner completely set. It has been terrible, and I've been trying to make an appointment since the beginning of November, but I haven't had any luck. I've called so many times and left countless messages for a call back, but I haven't received a response. I've always had positive things to say about the office, staff, and service, but now I'm frustrated. I just want to get the services and product that I've already paid for. My denture won't stay in place, making it really difficult to speak or eat, which is embarrassing. I recently started a new job as an office manager, and I can barely speak without sounding like I have a speech problem. I spend my lunch breaks reapplying adhesive just to get through the day. All I want is to get an appointment and have these things adjusted so I can get the service that I've already paid for. There are many online reviews complaining about not getting answers or call backs for months, just like me, and I have my phone records to prove it.

Dixie Dental Center I went to Dixie Dental on Dec 13 to get a tooth implant

I went to Dixie Dental on Dec 13 to get a tooth implant. I've had one before, so I knew what to expect when the young lady put the towel on me and gave me the nitrous oxide that I asked for and paid for. The dentist, Dr. ***, didn't numb my gum before putting the needle in. It was really painful. After about 30 seconds, he took away my nitrous oxide, saying the hose was in his way. While he was cutting my gums, he leaned in on me, which was different from other dentists I've been to who usually stand back and only move their hand towards my mouth. No one suctioned the blood going into my throat, and I was in a lot of pain for weeks.

Then, on April 5, 2022, I got a call saying my appointment on Memorial Day had to be rescheduled because they were going to be closed. They offered to move it to the next day, but that didn't work for me. I started calling on April 6 and called for three days, including the 7th and 8th. I made 13 calls and left 6 messages, but I never got a call back. On Monday, April 11th, I had a couple of doctor appointments. I called again and someone answered, but they just said "hold" and didn't say anything else. After about 10 minutes, I hung up because the doctor was coming into the room. After my appointment, I called again while waiting at my second appointment. A woman answered, and I explained who I was and why I was calling. She told me to hold, but at that moment, my doctor came in. When I tried to call back, it went straight to voicemail.

I drove all the way to the office and saw a lady sitting there doing nothing. I explained that I had called multiple times last week and left messages, and that I had gone out of my way to come to the office. The lady was very rude and kept talking over me, getting louder. So, I raised my voice, thinking the older woman couldn't hear me well. Then, an even older woman came over and yelled at me to leave or she would call the police. At that moment, Dr. Fergus came up and repeated what she said. I asked for a refund, but they only gave me *** on my account. I had paid $***.

Dixie Dental Center I paid for removal of all my teeth and a full plate on top and parcel on the bottom

I paid for removal of all my teeth and a full plate on top and parcel on the bottom. It's been 7 days today and I have no top plate. They ask me to return in 3 weeks to replace the top plate and said I'd be ok not wearing a top plate at all for 3 weeks. I planned this surgery around my family and holiday and it's day 8 now. I've called them unlimited times Fri and Left voice mail and started calling at 8 am this morning and even have my mother as well calling leaving voicemail today. So between us both 14 to 17 voice mail today. Not one call back to us today or Friday. I'm in terrible pain. Unbelievable I have a piece a big piece of my tooth hanging out of my gum. K9 tooth. That isn't supposed to be there. Cause my face to swell and my eyes are getting dark the pain alone is unbelievable and now on my left side there's a piece of tooth hanging out unfortunately the right side my old k9 is unbelievable pain. I can not get them to call me back. I'm still sitting here with no top plate. I decided to use Dixie dental for that one reason all in one day. Unfortunately wanted me to return in 3 weeks for my top plate. I paid in full for the best dentures and 7 years. And got the best they had it was almost 5000. Closer to 5 x then 4 thousand. I paid in full right after I was. Bitting and molding. Full payment for everything. As they tell u to come back in hour or two I paid full as I walked out the door to the waiting room. I got the best they had. Believe that I was going to be a patient and I would be taken care of through this experience and I'm in more pain now due to hanging out of my gum face swollen and no one has returned my call in 2 full business days. I'm not going to wait 2 more weeks for my appointment to get my top plate to have this issue taking care of. I'm very much in pain and live in fort Walton fl. So my drive is little long as I never thought this would happen. I'm so disappointed and hope I get to see Mr William t Fergus asap.
