I was scheduled for oral surgery and to get dentures on 10/28/25. My balance on the account was over $1200. The office clerk requested to pay the balance in full before I could be seen. What was the point in them helping me to open a credit line then? Very disappointed in how things are managed there. If I was told in advance about making a full payment I would not bother opening credit line or going to Aspen in a first place.
Desired outcome: New appointment ASAP, full explanation about how the credit works there, speak with office manager directly and an apology.
