Aspen Dental review: They said they accepted my insurance, but billed me for everything

I had Federal Dental Insurance, premium. I paid $180 a month for my family. I called a head they said they take my insurance. I showed them my card and double checked before the appointment - full coverage, no charge for exams and x-rays. They charged me for everything, said the insurance wouldn't pay. They took more x-rays than I got to get braces, so maybe that's why - fraud in billing. anyway, they want more money for my exam and x-rays than I paid for exam, x-rays, and cleaning by a GOOD dentist and cash pay. Made a BBB complaint, and I will be suing in small claims if they put a hit on my credit.

Recommendation: Don't go. A scam and a headache
