Horrible! They will take your money, charge you upfront, and then not do their damn job! Cleaning by dental hygienist was SUBPAR, she didn't do anything to be honest, less then like 10minutes, and a complete waste of money! I have had better cleanings with better prices done literally anywhere. They charged me $585 for retainers, scanned my mouth that same day on 1/7/26 (& apparently they then never even ordered them) ... over a month later now 2/10/26 I called & they couldn't even find that I had ordered any retainers, didn't have them there, and then left me on hold for 15min+ because the girl didn't know what to do, then she sends me to a line saying no one was available and that I had to leave a voicemail. Never will ever use this place again. Will make sure to spread the word as well. Maybe getting a lawyer to sue for a multitude of issues, as this is the second time this has happened to me at this location and I still have NO retainers and need them! Also I work in healthcare and this should never happen to anyone.

Recommendation: DO not use this service unless you want to be disappointed & overspend for basci dental care
