Aspen Dental review: Don't waste your time!

I made an appointment 6 months out to have my teeth cleaned at my last visit. I didn't realize I had an appointment and called to make an appointment. Well it is very difficult to get through to them, they said they would call me back, which never happened! I finally called back and was told I already had an appointment. Great right? No because they sent me a message a week before my appointment that it needed to be rescheduled and to call them. Five or six attempts to call them I finally got my appointment scheduled - for 6 weeks later. Now, my appointment is scheduled for Monday, I've gotten a text and email to confirm my appointment and an email that it needs to be rescheduled again! Five to six calls again to try to get in touch with them to find out if I have an appointment or not. Nope, has to be reschedules. Now my cleaning will be 3 months after when I was due.

Recommendation: Go somewhere else! They be a little cheaper, but it's not worth the aggravation!!
