Aspen Dental “prides” themselves on their customer service oriented, convenient and professional. After 3 visit to the office in Daytona Beach on Int’l Spwy Blvd, I found no evidence of their ‘claims.’
First visit, February 3rd, 2026 my appointment was AT 3:30 PM….. I was asked to wait to speak with finance because the office failed to pre-authorize my insurance. But 5:05 I still had not spoken with anyone and explained I had an appointment with a Congregant (I’m a Pastor).
Second visit on March 3, 2026 I had an appointment at 3:30 pm and waited until 4:10, again I rescheduled due to timing and commitments.
Third visit on Mach 1, 2026 I had an appointment at 1:30, however, the receptionist said if I come in at 1:00 sharp, I would get right in as the first to be seen following the lunch break. At check in, a receptionist I was unfamiliar with was at the desk at sign in. Even after she finished her call, she still did not even acknowledge my presence and I felt invisible. At 1:35 pm I cancelled my appointment in frustration at the ongoing lack of professionalism, poor scheduling and ever worse patient inconvenience.
I phone the corporate office of Aspen Dental as the individual offices are franchises explaining my dilemma and that their quality control team must have forgotten about the Daytona Beach office.
