I had went to the location in Marble Falls,TX the first part of December. My teeth were hurting really bad so we decided to just get a full set of new teeth. I was in tons of pain and was told the doctor I had to see to get them pulled was not going to be in for another month. So, then I was referred to one in San Antonio,TX to get the bottom teeth pulled. I drove almost two hours to get this done, so I would not be in any more pain. They told me I would get some temporary teeth till I got fitted for my other ones. I did not receive any teeth at that point. I had to wait 2 mos before I got any kind of teeth. I finally received my teeth on 2/2/2024. The top teeth fit really well. I could not get the bottom teeth to go in or fit in my mouth, so the nurse said she would help me put them in. She pushed so hard that they finally snapped in place. I went home with my new teeth. I was so happy that day I finally got them. That next morning, I went to take them out and could not get them out. It was hurting me so much that I called the dentist to tell him about it. They told me to come in and they would help me get them out. I arrived at the dental office and the dentist himself could not get them out. He ended up numbing my whole mouth so he could get them out. It ended up cutting up my gums really bad to where I could not eat anything or even wear my teeth. I had went back in a few times to get them adjusted, but I still can not wear them. They will not fit correctly and they still hurt my gums when in. I spent $4,000 dollars on these teeth and I can not even wear the bottom ones. I refuse to go back to this office, because of what they did to me. All they basically were concerned about was getting all their money. Not taking care of the patient. I work overnights so it is hard to communicate with anyone about this matter, so now I am sending this email hoping to get some kind of justice for this matter.

Claimed loss: $2,000

Desired outcome: Refund for half the cost of the teeth so I can go purchase some that I can actually use.
