Aspen Dental I am still wearing temporary denture with my name embedded in them.

I receive these dentures in 2014. My name is stamped on them. I was told at the time they were temporary and I would be getting my other one on next visit.

I mentioned this at my next visit and they said these were my permanent ones. They never set well in my mouth which i complained and they filed them. my front teeth are of center, which they said my permanent would not be like this.
Here I am 5 yrs later with the same temporary plate.

Aspen Dental Adding on electric toothbrush and unnecessary cleaning when I went for a tooth repair.

I called to get a chipped tooth repaired and was told after my insurance it would be $180 out of pocket. They duped me into getting financial help and added on $1500 of dental work I didn't go in for. Also adding on a $250 oral b electric toothbrush. Said it was part of the package. They've also told me I had gum disease, which no other dentist has told me. When they finally repaired the tooth I went in for, they never polished it down and it was rough and pieces of the filling were chipping off. They didn't follow procedure either with the deep cleaning based on my insurance.

Aspen Dental Bridges

Went in to aspen for cleaning and broken tooth. Ending up with 6 teeth pulled. Which two were implants. Received 2 bridges both fell out. Called for 2 weeks solid and to busy to see me. Paid over $4, 000 then went back for bridges cost almost $3, 000. They all fell out they wont write off cost because I didn't come in within 90days.
I can't afford their charges without having the teeth.
To much to go thru how i've been treated. I need to join this lawsuit.

Aspen Dental Bridge/crown work

I had bridge work and crowns done on the upper front teeth... after a week all the work feel out. I went back to aspen to have them correct the problem but was told the dentist was booked for the day and that I had to schedule an appointment... I refused and told them I would not be leaving until it was fixed... this argument ensued for close to an hour before I was told to take my business elsewhere. Which I had planned to do anyway.. however the receptionist told me that if I was going to seek an alternate office I would need to leave the teeth with her... I was called by the dentist an hour later who freed the rest of her day to fix my teeth however as time went by the crowns began falling again. I am still currently in debt with aspen dental and their credit company which has now sent me to collections

I'm so disappointed with Aspen Dental. Went in there got quoted for $8,000 worth of work to be done. Mind you I take care of my teeth so couldn't figure out why I needed that much I knew I had one tooth that needed to be fixed. Went along with it thinking okay maybe I had more than I thought.Had the one fixed root canal they capped it it fell out with the tooth and I also have a bridge that never stays in my mouth so I am constantly having to get it cemented. Called them to ask them what I could do and after weeks of complaining they said that they would give me back $300.Mind you i can't use it. Because it's been closed and maxed out. They said they would put it back on the Care Credit Card.So now I'm sitting here with no tooth and my other teeth are falling out of my head I would never go back there again ever. All I wanted was that $300 to go back to repair what they messed up on. So not right

Aspen Dental Customer service and experience.

In August 2018, I went into Aspen Dental for a cracked tooth. The dentist informed me that I would need a root canal and crown and scheduled an emergency procedure. The pain during the procedure was excruciating. I went back in the next day as my entire mouth was extremely swollen and bruised. They stated it was an allergic reaction. The emergency room said that there were no signs of an allergic reaction and that it came down to the dental work that had been done, which made sense as the procedure was very aggressive and painful. I'd had all four of my wisdom teeth pulled the year previous and had zero issues. However, when it came to aspen it was nothing BUT issues. The dentist and his assistant were very unhelpful, and you could tell it was rushed so he could leave as it was one of the last appointments of the day. There was zero empathy and he didn't seem to care that throughout the whole process I was in tears and agonizing pain. To top it off, we kept having problems with payment. Insurance covered a large chunk, but they were under the impression that we still owed money to aspen dental and mailed a check to pay the remaining balance (as aspen didn't accept my insurance directly). When I called to see what my balance was and what was going on, they told me I had no balance due and everything had been taken care of. Now ONE YEAR LATER, I am suddenly receiving bills from aspen dental. The girls in the front end are rude, unhelpful, and don't care at all. They will give as much attitude as they feel, not to mention the fact that Dr. Golba is rushed throughout every process he does (my boyfriend has a similar situation) and doesn't care about his patients. He is unhelpful, rude, inconsiderate, and just cares about pushing more money on his patients. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and I will make sure EVERYBODY knows just how shady the company is. From the horrible work they do and the horrendous customer service, to saying that you don't have a balance due and then sending a bill in the mail ONE YEAR LATER!

Aspen Dental Denture implants

Charged over $5, 000 was told that would cover everything including implants later informed it would be over $10, 000, I had my own top dentures that needed 1 repair but they made new ones, never offered me any other solutions that would be cheaper/allow me to keep lower teeth, dental work don't fit/poorly made, originally sent home with no antibiotics/oral rinse after 6 teeth extracted, had to have stitches redone, couldn't eat for 4 weeks & work still not complete, could have went somewhere else got them same day/lower cost. Very dissatisfied & surprised your corp. Allows these happenings to go on, I do not feel that I should be charged this much for the poor service I have received, have tried working with office manager with no resolution/given extreme attitude. I believe as a corp. You should take care of this seeing how it is your name on the office even if it is privately owned, it doesn't reflect well on your name.

Aspen Dental The falling out of a bridge that was put in a year and 3 months

Was charged 78 dollars to have the bridge put back in when it was not put in the right way the first time — while I was there having it put back in they had to do a lot of refitting to get it where they wanted it to be and ground off some of the lower teeth so the bite would be right — That tells me it was not put in right the first time and I should not have been charged for it — This is the second time I have written this complaint — no one has gotten back to me about it — so get off your [censored] and get it done!

Aspen Dental Billing, unprofessionalism, charging for services not provided

The office charged me well over $6, 000 for a "Care Plan". This included some fillings, crowns and bridges on my top set of teeth and for a few extractions, a cleaning and some xrays. They opened a "CareCredit" Account, charged that $5, 000, this is not including what my insurance company paid. Then they scheduled me for the fillings and stated I needed to pay them $273 up front the day I went in for the appointment for that day because it was for "Future Work" not included. They had already charged me for a cleaning in February of 2020 and this appointment was on October of 2019... They seem to forget things awfully easy. You go in and sit in the chair, the dental assistant and dentist leave and come back, back and forth in between other patients and one day I was in that chair for over 4 hours! I will be getting my costs figured out and reimbursed with a lawyer if need be and never going back there again!

Aspen Dental Customer service

I see your ads in Television and It shows a gentleman who states he had rotten teeth and his wife had never seen his smile. My son in law was in the situation and went to your Aspen Dental on Alpine Ave In Grand Rapids Mi. He was treated rudely and they did not get back with him as they promised. He tried calling back and no one would get back. Needless to say he gave up and still suffers from not having his smile. They do not have a lot of money but do have dental insurance . I hope things may not be this way with all your facilities

Aspen Dental Financial fraud

I went into Aspen Dental on October 1 for an emergency visit for a severe toothache. After presenting me with a long list of procedures I needed and the price tag, amounting in the $1, 000s, I was also told the oral surgeon was out of network and I would have to pay in full. I went home and looked for an oral surgeon who was available and in network, with no luck. I called Aspen Dental back and made an appointment and was asked to pay in full immediately. I did so. I called back the next morning to cancel the appointment, having found another out of network oral surgeon who could take me right away. I was assured by two different people at Aspen Dental that I would receive a full refund ($904) but only within 7-10 days. Tomorrow will be 7 days and no sign of the refund. I am concerned that I will never see a dime of my money and don't know what to do.

Aspen Dental Billing practices - billing company

I have tried numerous times to resolve an inaccurate statement from Aspen Dental for services rendered in Lake Wales, Florida. I have sent receipts of payments, insurance explanation of benefits copies, and letters explaining how their statement is in error. I've been trying since October, 2018. I cannot find someone, other than the local office who refuses to acknowledge the error, to help me. Delta Dental is my insurance company and they have agreed that my reconciliation is accurate, however, they cannot do anything to get Aspen to correct their billings. They have engaged in practices prohibited by their contract with Delta Dental such as balance billing, even though their contract with Delta Dental indicates the "allowed amount" and what I owe as the patient. They refuse to acknowledge the allowances and continue to bill me for inaccurate amounts. I cannot find a process or contact that I can appeal their billings. It's elusive. Their local office says they "open a ticket" with their billing office, but the end result is the same and they cannot explain why they have billed in error. I've proved my payments through copies of receipts, yet they are never listed on their statement.

Aspen Dental Implant

I went to the aspen dental office in valdosta ga, on Norman Dr .July 2, 2018 with a broken tooth on bottom .was told it had to be pulled and implant, so I trusted them that they could do the job, So after 13 months and 5 try's with getting a crown, on August 1 2019, he finally got one to stay, the crown is not going to stay, it's not worth the money or time I endured, It has a gap at gum and I can't bite on it without it jabbing in the gum, plus if I get food next to it it will shift, and food gets up under the tooth .I sent a letter for full refund with no response ..I might not get any results, but I'll make sure that aspen dental customers will know not to waste their time with them.,

Aspen Dental Incomplete/inadequate work. Over inflated statement.

One year ago I went to aspen dental, advised by my general dentist to see an oral surgeon for a tooth extraction and implant of a single tooth. They were new in town, conviently located and accommodating with my schedule.
At my appointment I was informed I would get the extaction, receive a bone graft, an abutment would be inserted and final act would be the implant of a tooth. All staged of course over a period of time.
I got said tooth extracted and implant of bone graft. Months later i was informed the graft had failed. And i would need to see the oral surgeon who is only sometimes available at this, Lebanon PA, office. Keep in mind I already thought I saw an oral surgeon on 1st visit, as that was my intention when choosing aspen dental. During this 2nd visit i was told the failure of bone graft was due to infection. Seemed unlikely to me as i had no signs of infection, was not told initially that I had infection and was certainly not treated for infection.
I was left sitting in chair for a period of time when i was taken to another room and had molds done of my entire mouth. I erroneously thought it was regarding size and placement of missing tooth. The dentist came back and told me I need invisilign as me teeth are not straight. I don t mean to brag but my teeth, minus the missing molar, are kinda nice.
Now Iam getting a bit uncomfortable, I only ever wanted one tooth replaced by an oral surgeon. I have a regular general dentist who oversees my oral care. I was herded out to a desk and was given a treatment plan for $12, 919.00. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND MY INTENDED VISIT WAS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ONE TOOTH.
In the meantime, i have already paid over $1000.00 out of pocket for a failed bone graft. I placed several calls to office manager who advised me to go somewhere else. I then opted for a call/email to corporate, with an assumed end result of reimbursement for the botched bone graft.
Recently, I decided to try again with aspen and made an appointment with the oral surgeon as i expected to have credit toward my account. I got cold feet and cancelled when i was told I had no credit on record and I had an outstanding bill. Whhhaaatt ... I went through dental credit so aspen was paid out immediately and I long paid off that loan to avoid generating interest on the loan(12month interest free).
So here I am with a missing tooth in my mouth. I am not happy about that. No credit on record toward the failed procedure, maybe an outstanding bill of unknown origin, and a over inflated treatment plan of $12, 919.
The nature of this correspondence is to inform corporate of the experience and I am still expecting to receive reimbursement for the bone graft debacle.

Thank you

Aspen Dental Overcharging, false advertising, performing work as they wanted.

With limited fund and even with insurance the cost is outrageous. They maxed out my insurance coverage with xrays, examinations. Had to open a credit card account through Aspen topay the entire inflated charges. Plus I still can't get them to make my permanent top dentures. I constantly have sores in my mouth from my temporary plate is to big and moves all over and make my mouth raw inside. Once again they used all of my insurance on 4 exrsys and another damn exam. That was the second set of exrsys for the same procedure. I wanted my upper plate made and now they are saying they can't do my top plate until I have the lower teeth taken care of. The are over billing people and their insurance.

Aspen Dental upper denture

I needed an upper denture. I was fitted with one and had a couple minor sores. The dentist on duty proceeded to shave half of the gum on the right side down and I lost all suction. Only a very minimal sliver needed to be taken off. I made numerous complaints about this dentist and her actions that day. I was told she was half owner and all they could do for me is repeated softlines. I complained at every visit... Which were numerous. I got my final dentures which were loose and only got worse. They agreed to make me a new hard line and they are hideous. Im supposed to have the natural lite and these weight about as much as 2 dentures. My mouth is filled with excessive material and they are very uncomfortable. To top it off my top teeth dont line up with my bottom teeth and its embarrassing. They say there is nothing further they can do. They have nothing but excuses. Its been a nightmare!
