My spouse and I both went for checkups in Oct 2020 and we signed Now to cancer screening of 30.00 and we were both charged, and I was also charged for an electric toothbrush 135.00 and the manager Kelly refuses to credit us. Also, my spouse sat in a chair over an hour and a half for a cleaning, and he said the chair was uncomfortable (he is 68 years old), so he is willing to travel to Indiana to see our former dentist. So he has paid 1,191.00 for the initial visit and a half mouth because you do not have a hygienist. Kelly said it has something to do with insurance, and Jade Rose has not called me back either and they said it would only be a week. My spouse's account number is [protected], and he wants his account closed with documentation and a refund because no dentist in the land costs 1561.00 (with a bill of 370.00) for xrays and half a mouth. On the other hand, I want to continue if I can get my HSA credited for 165.00 because I already have an electric toothbrush which I told Dr. Cameron Ritz, and that I would start using again. Please provide fax number and a name so I can forward my receipts to you, my name is Theresa Browning. PS Kelly has treated me unkindly; when I made an appointment to see her she called me back and told me I don't need to come in so I had to wait 35 minutes with an appointment.
