Aspen Dental

On june 18, 2023 I had an apt. To have my wisdom teeth removed, the surgeon was against pulling them, the $390.00 was taken immediately when I arrived, since to service was rendered I went back to the front desk to get my refund & was told their was a problem with their system, its been two months. I will have to get a lawyer if this is not resolved quickly, I have called the office several times & corporate & have not herd back from anyone as of today.

My Husband went to aspen with a toothache and was told he needed three extractions no other services were even offered as alternative options and one of the teeth was on the opposite side of his mouth. After he made the appointment I called the office and told them not to take the third on the opposite side. A few days before the appointment they called to confirm and I told them again he only wanted the problem taken care of. When he went in they said they were scheduled to remove two but neither was the actual tooth that was hurting so he said just take all three. The extractions didn't go smooth he said on the last tooth on the side that wasn't bothering him the dentist had a hard time pulling it and used a ton of force. Prior to his scheduled follow up he was seen in the emergency room for a severe infection and needed iv antibiotics when they did a ct scan they found that he had a perforated sinus on the side that was never the problem. We scheduled an appointment with a dentist who sent us to an oral surgeon who informed us in his 20+ years he had never seen a perforated sinus with a hole that large. We contacted aspen and asked for the 3000+ it was going to cost us out of pocket for the surgery I continued to contact them up until the day of the surgery they refused to pay.
