Hello, my name is Elizabeth Mobarak [protected] email is [protected]@yahoo.com and I am a patience of your homewood Alabama 35209 office on lakeshore parkway. My permanent dentures were schedule to be delivered August 9. I have been wearing temporary dentures that no longer fit properly and are useless to me. I understand that sometimes things happen to cause a delay. The delay is by far not my only issue. I have reached out numerous times to the homewood office and have been told they have no eta. They are waiting for an update from the lab. I escalated this complaint through your social media platform and have been communicating with Dawn who also gave me the same response. Waiting on lab. Now everyone is ghosting me. It has been nearly 6 weeks since my dentures were suppose to be ready. I still have no answers.
