Had an appointment at 3:30 on July 6,2026. Received a call asking me to come in early at 2:00. Arrived at 2:00 was taken back for x-rays, seen dental hygienist, the dentist came into room. When through what I needed, they moved me to green room they called it at 3:25, many walked buy the room. Heard all the work on other patients. They brought another lady in to sit in room. 4:10 I left building due. They said oh they will be right with you. 40 minutes. Went in for broken tooth but they where more worried with selling me bridges, and crown and implants. I am not only person they have done this too. Wasn’t worried why I was there for broken tooth, but what they wanted to get me a price for things done.

Claimed loss: They will bill my insurance for X-Rays that I don’t believe they should be allowed. I am going to have to go somewhere else.

Desired outcome: Not to bill for X-rays
