On March 9, 2026 I started having severe sudden pain from three of my teeth. I spent the entire night trying to find an office that opened early because I couldn't take the pain much longer. I found Aspen Dental located in Taylorsville, Utah and made an appointment. In the beginning, I was treated with respect and felt that they cared about my problems. We agreed on a treatment plan and I paid $75 towards the financial assistance they offered. It wasn't until later in the day, but before the office closed, that I started having severe pain again. I tried the medication prescribed but it didn't come close to touching the pain. I went back the next day and had three more teeth extracted. By that weekend the pain was so intense I ended up in the emergency room twice because I couldn't get the on call provider to respond. On the following Monday, I called the office angry as could be and was told that the photos I had sent the dentist did not show any dry sockets. Like what? You're not even going to take a look? I eventually healed enough for the pain to lessen just to be hit with extreme pain again two weeks later! I don't want to speak to the clinic I got care from becuse they dismissed me and it felt like I was being neglected and unheard. I want to speak to someone higher than the Taylorsville, UT clinic. I need to get this sorted and to finish the rest of the treatment before I can do anything about my recent cancer diagnosis. Please please please respond so I at least know it's been seen by someone other than that location.
