Last year 2020 I had my teeth pulled for dentures. I wanted to have the permanent denture put in right away. They insisted it was better that I let my gums heal with temporary dentures. They set me up for a loan for 10,000.00. I told them there was no way this would cost me that much so they talked me into a 7,000.00 loan and promised I would not be charged for anything I didn't sign off on. Well, while healing the virus hit and I was not able to go back. The loan company charged me for the 7, 000.00. I told them the work was never done so I don't owe the money. They said they gave aspen the money even though I didn't sign off on anything. Now they are charging me interest and threatening to ruin my credit if I didn't pay. I called aspen and they told me I was paying for the temporary and the dentures were free. What?
Aspen is refusing to give the money back and the loan company refuses to get the money back from them and is charging me. I filed a complaint with the BBB but nothing has been done.
Desired outcome: Want this money given back and my credit repaired. I would like to get involved in a class action against them.
