Aspen Dental review: I want to be be reimbursed the 2000.00 so I can get the work I actually needed finished

I hadn’t been to Aspen since 2019. I was happy with the service provided. Until now.

I wanted to see how my teeth were.
X Ray etc
A cleaning with the spongy type tool and gritty substance.
Instead I allowed myself to be fear sold a service that amounted to a Water Pick Cleaning. For 2000.00
I need 2 filling redone.
To have those fillings done, I was told I had to pay another 500.00 for a cleaning.
The 2000.00 cleaning wasn’t enough.
I’m on SS. 1400 a month.
I still need the filling redone.
I still need my teeth actually cleaned.
I was ripped off.
The so called scaling and demineralization treatment did not take care of the pain I have w a tooth.
Aspen went from Service Orientated, to Corporate Sales Pitches, w fear , to sell worthless services.
The dentist floats between the offices.
Can’t make an appointment with the dentist I was familiar with.
It’s lower wage hygienist, doing the dentist job.
It’s all a big scam now.
My friend bought the family plan.
Was told it was 5 K for the simple work to be done. They cancelled it.
A guy was in the office needing his tooth pulled, they wouldn’t see him. Treat him.
He was desperate. I would have given him my appointment.
The way Aspen is structured now.
It’s not a Dental Provider.
It’s a sales scam.
I filled w USAA CC. They were unable to help.
I phoned Aspen 3 x. Basically received the
Sucks to be you , response.
Zero understanding or negotiation.

BBB I am not the only person who fell prey to their fear ploys, and was sold a worthless service.
