The illegal dismissal process on me is cruel, and they abandoned a customer who needed them to finish their botched contractual job I paid for in advance
On 10 26 2023 I had dentures put in after paying $11,000 in advance. They did not work that night. The bottoms fell out when I tried to eat. After Eight adjustments… Same result,
Now 2 years later I have not had one meal without my teeth falling out. I have lost 60 pounds, have many physical issues like malnutrition, extreme weight loss, very extreme eczema, and anxiety, caused by Aspen Dental, supported and documented by three doctors of mine
Dr. Aurora, against all industry standards, I believe, talked to my doctor without my approval.
I made many requests to the incompetent doctors (Doctor Navbir Aurora in Santa Fe, New Mexico And Doctor Jebediah Christie in Charleston, South Carolina) and to the CEO and chief legal officer … and nobody answered one of them … Over 60 emails each . They blocked my phone, and illegally dismissed me when I asked to have my teeth fixed, … illegal because they did none of the seven American dental association (ADA) requirements for a dismissal.
Aspen CEO has a warranty to fix or fully refund the cost of the dentures. This is in all their print ads, all over the Internet and even on TV advertisement like the Olympics closing ceremony.

Doctor Aurora illegally and against industry standards, dismissed me for three reasons, and all of them reflect serious character flaws of Doctor Aurora
first it was because I told him I want to have my teeth fixed under warranty
Secondly by dismissing me, the people in customer service won’t handle my claim against dr. Aurora. So the very people who were investigating my claim were prevented from doing so by Dr. Aurora.
Thirdly besides dismissing me, he blocked my phone for every number at Aspen, preventing me from resolving my issues

1. Provide Written notice.
2. Provide patients with time, 30 days, to get a new dentist they actually dismissed me the day before they informed me
3 Be professional, something that Dr. Aurora is incapable of.
4. Document communications. I did, Dr. Aurora did not.
5. Support the patient in help him find a new doctor…
6. Make sure the patient is not in the middle of a treatment plan which I was because my teeth would fall out each mail, over 2000 meals now
