Aspen Dental review: Denture repair

Had a broken tooth on my denture went in to office for repair upon arrival I was told that first I could not pay for the repair without out using my insurance. Never heard that before first deceptive conversation, I mentioned I wanted to possibly have new ones made on top of having the tooth repaired.

Instead of addressing the issue of the broken tooth they rush me into the back and started doing casting of my mouth I asked what about fixing my tooth on the old ones first I have a meeting in Richmond this weekend dentist's told me that they didn't do out side teeth fixing.

Only way they would proceed in fixing my broken tooth is to let them make me new ones. I agreed mind you I wanted new ones

Then when they rushed me through the process of making new ones and charging my insurance and payment method without giving me cost options they charged my insurance for the most expensive treatment they have no option.

Then they proceed to tell me that they couldn't fix the tooth today I would have to come back tomorrow.

The next morning drop off denture waited 4hrs picked up denture within 6hrs tooth feel back out in my sleep almost swallowed it.

Now it's Saturday they new they would be closed and by the time the holiday was over my new ones should be done.

Why would I want them to make me new denture when they're not competent enough to fix a lose tooth not broken lose.

This was the most deceptive practice I have ever encountered in my life of medical fraud.

Now I have missed attending the event in Virginia because of them not being able to repair a simple tooth.

But as I notice the treatment seemed racially motivated.

I will be reporting this treatment to my insurance.

The FBI and to the Naacp

Which I'm affiliated.

Never seen such Deceptive practice.

It gets worse they lied to me after reviewing there policies and practices there was nothing there that stated that they didn't do outside repairs

But get this they had me sign under duress that they were not responsible for the repair if it didn't work.

I'm so hurt by this medical practice.

I don't want these people to do my denture and I'm willing to do everything under my control to stop this medical fraud in its tracks
