Aspen Dental – Dental cleaning

I went to Aspen dental located in Jefferson City Mo in 2024 for a check up and xrays The xrays showed needed 3 teeth pulled.. I had it done in Dec 2024. Also had 2 Cavities had them filled in Jan 2025. When both of these were done I wanted to have a cleaning. They refused because my xrays showed I need a deep cleaning Even with my insurance I still would owe $1500 plus. I told them I just needed a cleaning. Was refused because it was not Aspen Dental policy. I would like an explanation why I was refused a cleaning. I thought you were a complete dentistry
