Aspen Dental review: Customer service

I made an appointment online at 2:00 on May 15, 2023. Front desk was very rude and asked if I had an appt. I told them I received a confirmation email. They said well your appt was at 12, didn’t even look at rhe email. Told me they go to lunch at 2, and I needed to reschedule for the next day. I would never go back there again. I wasted my time and gas.

Desired outcome: They need to be more polite to paying customers
