22 wanted a cleaning that my insurance covers twice yearly

Went to Campbell Ln Bowling Green, KY also I used a vac day from work for this appointment. Wasted my time and gas money to be told I needed a $1600 procedure I was given an itemized print out of the cost that included a $315 oral b electric toothbrush! When I explained I could not afford this I was refused any treatment! Including the 2 free cleaning my insurance covers for the year.

Desired outcome: I want to use my insurance covered out of pocket options I feel my visit was a complete waste of my time and gas money!!!!!!!
