No refund of cancelled Anti Virus software
Ordered download of Anti Virus software. My Windows 98 on Gateway computer would not eccept this material. It acted as if a virus had entered. It was difficult to get rid of it. I have since instaled another product. I canceled this order #[protected] 11/01/2008 custumer # [protected], but a charge of $39.54 appears on my credit card bill. I would like a refund of this amount. Thank You

Fraud
This company billed me for $214 through my debit card for nothing - - i did not order anything from them!!! 12 / 04 / 08. If they do not refund my money i get to pay for the charges to my checking account as well as eating the $214!!! This is not funny, that was my house payment money!!! Cb in mo

I purchased F-Secure internet protection software on line for $34.95 and was billed $114.10. ASKNET-SHOPS overbilled me by $79.15.

I purchased a nero software upgrade for NERO since my version was outdated. I received a CD but it did not update my older version it just was an advertizement to purchase NERO. So I received NERO's advertizement for $14.99. What a deal!
good evening my name is corey anthony, i try to purchase a nero 9 software today and my purchase didn't go thru my debit card and now i've been overcharged 4 times from you guys after i didn't purchase anything and now i'm going to have a negative balance in my account in 24 hours i need this fix a.s.a.p
Yours softwere can't be used because slows down programs, operating system or even demedges the operating system it happened for me and now you are letting meknow that you not refund cancelled orders. That is outrageous.
