1-so called "customer service is abysmal — the bot doesn't work, and impossible to get a real person. You would think after their last massive breach and failure they would have improved — Nope — just made it harder to contact — this reeks like old fish.

2- lots of annoyances, such as inability to screen out unwanted people — the so called"discover"feature is buggy as hell, ignores selected filters, and endless bots still on service

3- It would be better to leave"no results found"in discover rather than showing me people FAR outside my set parameters. Why even bother having parameters when constantly ignored?

4- settings need to include hair color, and tattoos — again, you insist on showing me ads for women that do not appeal. And set distance should be a hard stop — no, I'm not going to travel hundreds of miles when my parameter is set at 25 miles.

5- there needs to be a mechanism to block delete masses of"choices" presented in discover — blocking them one at a time is stupid, unproductive andhighly annoying
