Ashley HomeStore review: Recent purchase of a couch and loveseat

Purchased from the Meridian Mississippi store one sofa and one love seat, this was about one month ago of which I have been trying to get the love seat replaced due to damage, the upper right corner had rubbed on something in the truck until all the supposed leather had worn away, upon arrival at my home by Ashley transport, also on the lower part of the same side at the rear the stables were pulled out. I have called, spoke to robots and some unconcerned persons. I have filed a report with one of the robots and at the Meridian store three weeks ago. To date I have not heard from anything or anyone.

purchased from the Meridian Mississippi store by ME: Willie Bryant Burkes. NOTE: the store even got my name wrong, they put Willie Bryant on the purchase order and left off my last name. As for as what happened, I do not know. All I can tell you is the piece arrived at my home on your transport and it had damage when the two guys put the piece in place in my living room. They also ran over pole night light in my front yard that was set in concrete.
