They closed my account without notifying me, locked me out of the online bank app and shut my debit card down. I have direct deposits going there and no time to reroute them to a different account so they will be returned. They decided to do this because my debit card was compromised and although no money was lost because I immediately contacted the fraud department and had that debit card deactivated, they wouldn’t give me a new card or account.
Recommendation: Don’t bank there because if anything on your account goes wrong, You become a victim of Arvest bank.
