Arvest Bank had loan a telecommunication company about Two Million Dollars and was trying to foreclose via Bankruptcy Court.
My client has a signed agreement with Arvest Bank. My client is a telecommunication company in Oklahoma and was a willing buyer and was working with Arvest and Arvest’ attorneys as the Stalling Horse Buyer.
Because the attorneys for Arvest took the easy way and did not file a complete and proper Creditor’s Plan in the Bankruptcy Court – the Judge did not accept Arvest Plan which would have declared my client as the Stalking Horse Buyer which would have assured our legal fees would have been paid.
My client performed in good faith and testified in court for Arvest which help Arvest get the creditor to make an offer to settle their lawsuit -- which Arvest has accepted.
Arvest Bank refuses to reimburse my client for our attorney fees of $50, 000. My client is now considering spending more money to file a lawsuit.
My opinion is Arvest Bank used our help then cheated us out of $50, 000.

Arvest mailed a letter to a wrong address that my account inactive and needed closed. There was money in there. My ex-wife closed the account instead of mailing the primary account holder at the primary address. Despite having money in the account. My account was compromised multiple times and the service has been less that adequate.
