Arvest Bank review: Closing my account with no prior notice then yelled at by an employee when arvest still owes me hundreds of

Because I was contacted by Arvest Bank to come up because I had a cashier's check they had for me because they still owe me quite a bit of money after all they close to my checking account on the day I got paid which was such a sad thing because it was directly deposited and it's social security so you can imagine what I went through but I go up there today and the teller doesn't tell me but he tells me I have to go home and get my marriage license after I've been with them for 6 years I'm in I've been banking with them I've never had to go through this but today he tells me I have to go home and get my marriage license and bring it back so I run home and get my marriage license I get back and then he tells me they're close they can't they can't reimburse me that cashier's check they owe me after all puts me through hell and I do mean hell the guys hollering at me through the thing I've got it recorded hollering and yelling and screaming at me putting his hands up praying and then he turns off the the screen where you couldn't see me on camera he just exit after he screams at me and makes fun of my marriage license and everything else I mean literally I've been in tears this has been a horrible horrible experience and I don't think anybody should have to ever go through this ever ever as long as they live that they should ever have to deal with such a horrible bank I will never I don't want anything to do with our best bank I think they are the sorryest people in this whole entire world and what they have done is cause me nothing but a lot of pain and a bunch of suffering
