Arby's Commercial on TV

The commercial you have on TV is absolutely awful. A _ man with a annoying big mouth, advertising for Arbys. Absolutely awful. Thankyou.

Arby's Service and the product received

This past Sunday, Dec 20, 2020, I stopped at the Arby's location (618 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA 19074) around 4:30. I was highly disappointed. There was only one car in front of us in the drive-thru line. So I thought "great!" Well it wasn't so. We waited @ 10 minutes for that car to move on, then when it was our turn, the voice came over the speaker, "wait a minute". Not a pleasant tone or words I expected to hear. Then finally after waiting @10 more minutes, finally we were asked for the order. We ordered the "2 for $6" beef and cheddar. (not the meal, just the sandwiches). Another 10 minute wait and we finally got our order. Again disappointment. When we got home, the 2 sandwiches had very little meat. Actually they had more cheese than meat on each sandwich. You could have taken the amount on both sandwiches and had one decent sandwiches! If they were short-staffed or didn't have enough to make the 2 sandwiches, I would have appreciated having been told that. All that waiting and a very poor product. This has never been my experience at ANY Arby's location, et alone this one. I know times are tough and we are all having to deal with extraordinary circumstances, but this is unacceptable.

Arby's Food order was completely messed up.

I was in the drive thru yesterday evening to get dinner for my family. Only to discover when we got home everything was wrong we couldn't even take the risk of eating it. We asked for no red ranch on the sandwiches and all 3 of them still had it on them. My fries were cold and my vanilla shake was like water. Arby's good missing

I went through the drive thru and ordered a beef and cheddar with bacon, classic roast beef and Dr Pepper and donated to your charity. I get home to Crystal MN to find out I got a classic roast beef and curly fries. The fries were old crunchy and cold as well. Not to mention what I paid for was much more than what I got. Now my daughter and I will have to share dinner. I am on a budget this week so this really makes me mad. Not to mention this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here. Last time I wrote in about something similar about 6 months ago, I got no reply! Very very disappointed

Arby's customer service

My son and I were in there a few days ago and our cashier Rachel we had was the rudest I have ever seen. She didn't repeat our order or anything and then just gave me the total. She seemed like she didn't want to be there and she seemed very distracted, also she smelt like pure smoke and both kinds. My son and I haven't been back because this is not the only time that this has happened.
If she's gonna be that rude then she shouldn't be working there.

Arby's unsatisfied about service

I love going to Arby's it is my favorite restaurant but when I came in Arby's Tuesday around seven my order was completely wrong so I asked to speak to the manager this young lady jazlyn Fitzgerald I was explaining to her about my order and she was very rude to me and also told me there is nothing she can do about it she spoke to me very unprofessional and I don't appreciate that at all so I just got my money back and I left out the restaurant

Arby's slow service

My husband along with 10 other people have been waiting for food for 20 plus minutes. The staff was rude and did not seem to care that people were waiting. It is not cheap and my husband said the food isn't even fresh and hot. Absolutely ridiculous. Fast food. What the heck!? This chain has been awful for years. This store needs a manager who can run the establishment.

Arby's bacon beef and cheddar sandwich

We thought that we would try your new sandwich. We have always loved Arbys. When we got home and opened the sandwich up there was maybe and I am being generous, a half a teaspoon of cheese and 3 quarters pieces of bacon. Really? We won't be ordering that sandwich again . Every other time we have ordered the beef and cheddar sandwiches, they actually had cheese on them. We are very disappointed.

Arby's employee attitude

went thru drive thru of Arby's #7571 in Rocky Mount, NC at 8:55pm. Ordered 4- 2 for $6 gyros and a mozzarella stix and an onion ring at $1.99 each. Was told that themanager said I had to order a regular priced item in order to get the onion rings for $1.99. I told her to tell her manager that the coupon did not state that. I was told to drive around. When I get to the window Verenae asks to see my coupon, therefore I assumed she was the manager. I then saw the manager behind her tell her I was right after seeing the coupon. She then came back to the window and asked if I could pull over so she could get the next person. I asked why I was pulling over and she said c ause they were short of help. I asked her didn't she need to get my payment first and she stated she didn't know I had not paid cause she didn 't take my order?. She then closes the window again and comes back and tells me that my total is $12 and some change. I tell her the total is not right and she says, "Yes it is right." Once again she closes the window and comes back and says $17.59. I sarcastically told her that I was sorry, hinting she owed me an apology because I was right. She did not get the hint. When I pull over, I see there are 4 more vehicles already pulled over. This store is known for being notoriously slow. When I look at my receipt I noticed that I was charged $2.49 for the onion rings, not the $1.99 stated on the coupon. I go inside and ask the manager if he can credit my card as I was ovbercharged. She then stated that the onion rings were not listed on the coupon for $1.99. I told her to go look at the coupon which she and the manager did. When they saw once again that I was right neither apologized. The manager just issued a refund. I then began to tell him everything that had happened and that this was the second time that this employee had challenged me and was wrong yet could not apologize. She then began mumbling and told one of her coworkers that she was so ready to go home, etc. She then began talking to the mgr. and he told herf to go in the back and calm down. When the mgr. Shamon Williams got my order ready he apologized for everything and gave me a We Make It Right coupon for a free meal. On top of Vernaes atitude problem, when I get home I see that the coupon he gave me expired on 2/28/2019. Because of the altercation the family dog ended up eating 2 of the gyros and my son the other 2 as I n o longer had an appetite. Get it together Arby's. I need you to make it right.
