Arby's

We went into the restuarant to place our order cause we had just gotten off work and the drive thru was busy and the cars were not moving. We ordered a small vanilla shake but we were charged $3.89 for a large sized and we ordered two junior roast beef sandwiches but we were overcharged $3.99 twice for classic roast beef sandwiches. The sandwiches were not fit to eat, and the buns were sogey and cold. Arbys is way to expensive for entire order mistakes. Im also calling the store where we had purchased our food and drinks tonite to try to get all this sorted out. We would like a refund on everything except for the donation we made to the American Heart Association.
