Arby's Food

Ordered a chicken salad got to my truck and only had lettuce and chicken. The chicken was so old couldn't eat it.. waited over 15 minutes to get my food . Horrible

Been going to Arby's for over 40 years and I have never, ever gotten a beef and cheddar this nasty, I couldn't believe it, so I took another bite, and s#!t was nasty and salty who but's salt on a beef and cheddar Arby's on Salem Ave Dayton Ohio eat at your own risk. I'll never stop there again...not that one.

Arby's Waited in line for 10 min just to find out they were closed

They said that they don't have enough people to work! So rude that they had no one to tell all the people waiting in line!

Arby's A super Classic sandwich

I have been eating and enjoying Arby's foods for more than 40 years and I had the worst sandwich that I have ever eaten at Arby's Friday October the 8th. I ate the sandwich even though I felt that I should have returned it. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the food at Arby's before, but I have not been able to put this to rest. I don't expect anything, just wanted to vent my feelings. The restaurant is locate in Mt. Pleasant, SC

Arby's Rudeness

So I went through the Watkins Glen drive thru with the individuals I care for. Behind us was a full size truck that's it. I had 4 individuals. So I order. Their is no sign stating more than 2 orders please come inside. Mind you. I was literally yell at in front of the individuals I support. Saying next time. Only 2 orders per your vehicle I replied. I can't bring them in as per covid and the agency. She said well we told you this before. Nope it wasn't myself it was another employee. I feel. We were being outcasted because the disabilities. This is not ok. I asked for corporates number they refused to give it. Say. Have a nice day. The ladies. Heard every rotten word from her mouth. On 10/14/21 around 440 pm. This is rotten customer service. As I am contacting. The head of the agency. For discriminating.

Arby's Sandwiches

The sandwiches were NASTY. Hardly any meat and about tbsp. of cheese, bacon, 1 piece, about !"x 2". When did you take subs off the menu? We were told they are discontinued. The crinkle cut fries were cold and very over salted, thrown away. Never Again WILL I RETURN.E-mail is [protected]@outlook.com. At least say you got this. This is 2nd complaint about this store. NASTY.

Arby's Food order,and no lights on outside restaurant

10/01/2021 we visited arbys at 2501 little rock rd.And as we entered the drivethrough and they already had five cars waiting.
We made our order at the pull up window and ordered two chicken sandwiches and fries and two cokes, when we recieved the order the chicken sandwiches had two chicken nugetts on bread,

and sandwiches were cold and fries also. This is unacceptable.
Please talk to and train your employees in customer service skills. Also the lights outside were not on. A reputable business should have a bright parking lot. Braided hair should have hairnets on.Managers should apologize! when they make big mistakes.We don't eat out everyday so we expect good service.

Arby's Two weeks and still no refund, tomorrow will be two weeks

On 9/11/21, I used my mobile app and ordered two (2) prime rib cheesesteak meal combos and one (1) four (4) piece chicken nuggets, paid with my debit card, which was immediately taken from my account. On my way to pickup my order, an employee called me to let me know that they did not have prime rib cheesesteak so I ask her to refund my money and she told me that I would have to get on line and ask for a refund. When I got back home, I called and spoke with a lady who took my information and told me she would have to forward it to someone who would look into my complaint. Then I also backed myself up and went on the web site and filled out a complaint form for my money to be refunded. On 9/17/21 I went back to the web site and filled out a complaint form once again and still no refund. On 9/21/21 I called the 1-800 number and another lady took my information again, apologizing the entire time, told me the same, she would have to forward it to someone who would look into the refund, and still as of today 9/24/21 no refund. I have a friend who is a lawyer and I am thinking of having him look into this for me as two weeks is a little long to wait for a refund.

Desired outcome: I would like for my money to be refunded to my account.

Arby's Drive thru pot holes

Please repair the potholes in the drive thru from the intercom to the drive up window. Really, really bad.

Arby's Food burnt!

Service, of food way over done, & wrong fries on first time, in picked up, got right fries but when she got home, are chicken sandwiches are burnt & buns are also, as picture below shows. I called arby's manager gives to excuse that chicken waas different & cook different, as you can see in picture its just plan burnt (all 3 sandwiches) at this time, we're 10 miles from house, why do I want to drive back again, to get order fixed, should have never been let out of cooking area,! This has not been first time we have had this concern with service, but I am not going to let this go! I want some reponse to this from corp.

Arby's Food

I went to Arbys on Merily Way in Huber Heights Oh # 1236 — order on 9/6/21 got the BNC meal and a Crispy Chicken and Large Fry-the Roast beef was hard and the Chicken sandwich was very hard we could not eat either so we had to throw it away, I know business are under staffed but I would have waited extra time to get it fresh and be able to eat it. The amount was $13.97

Arby's Counter help and cook

At store # 6215 in Bethel, Ohio 45106. I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by a server named Jessica and the cook making sandwiches. There was great big sign about 3 ft. wide under the menu saying butter and sour cream baked potatoes $2.49 each. When I pointed out to Jessica that I was charge $3.49 each for the sour cream potatoes she said they went up $ 0.10 cents. I said $3.49 is not just $0.10 but $1.00. I told her I no longer wanted to buy them. She called me a child and started ranting over the situation disrupting the whole restaurant. Then the cook with extremely long hair and no hair net chimed in and said I should never come in the Arby's again. I showed them the sign and the assistant manager refunded my money as I asked for. The cook and the server were still making rude comments to me. The manager and the other employees were great. This type of customer service buy 2 employees is disgusting and they should be terminated. I am a 70 year old handicapped male and I didn't deserve to be accosted in this way. Thank you James Rouse

Arby's the arbys' super roast beef

yes..on yesterday i visited one of your stores in the lakewood area...store #0413..i ordered what i have always ordered from your menu..called the super roast beef...now i guess they call it a "classic"...but it used to come automatically with lettuce and tomato..and the secret sauce...there's nothing on the menu sign in the drive thru...that states whether or not if this has changed...and to add to that...not knowing if my sandwich had the secret sauce...i asked for some extra "arby's sauce"...i only have 30 minutes...i try to breakaway a little early jus to get the food i want...to go down the road...and not have what i ordered in my bag...really made me "POED"...now i have to waste the rest of my lunch, going back to the restaurant to get this fixed...your manager for that store Edith Bustos...or the manager on staff at the time...(1130hrs)..did not even offer any compensation for "THEIR" mistake...she jus offered me some packets of arby's sauce...showed no customer service concerns whatsoever...normally when a business makes a mistake...they usually compensate the customer with something...been going to this particular one for well over 20 years..even during this pandemic...and to be treated like i was yesterday...does not make me a regular customer anymore...and along with that..the best commercial in the world..."WORD OF MOUTH"...and i have an abundance of people i know...that "will" get the word on the service that this store provides...

Arby's Someone else to take some responsibility

It angers and saddens me to see how the gm Jodi is treated at this Arby's. She is there everyday sometimes all day. On her days off as well. She is usually the only consistent thing about that Arby's. She is also pregnant and has two small children. During Covid, she was sometimes the only one I have seen there! Working 70 hours, sometimes with no help. It's a shame to see such a hardworking employer treated so horrible

Arby's Service during drive through

This happened on 7/16/2021, 12:09pm, order ID AAB2P8GAGBE, employee: Mary. I ordered, what I think is your best product, Chicken Pecan Salad sandwich. I ordered the meal and asked for ketchup, which was reflected on my receipt, however, when the bag was passed out to me, it had no ketchup and no napkins. The sandwich was not cut in two, but they did provide a knife. When you're eating in your car, it's almost impossible to cut this sandwich, so I think pre-cutting this sandwich, would be a must. Also, a fork would be nice to have. It's a big sandwich and a good deal spills out. When I found no ketchup or napkins, I had to get back in line at the drive through. I explained that I had ordered ketchup and didn't get any, and no napkins either. When I got to the window, they passed me ketchup and two straws! I told him I didn't need straws, but still needed napkins. Does anybody listen anymore?

Desired outcome: Just to make someone aware that listening is still an important skill!

Arby's greek gyro

there was nobody in the drive-thru but me...i ordered 2 greek gyros no onion and no lettuce...when i get home( 25 minute drive) both gyros have onion and lettuce...why is it so difficult to read the tickets and follow the written instructions ?...i should not have to inspect my order before driving off...06/25/2021..order id AAAUJ66AGF5...DT339

Arby's I am complaining because they closed while I sit in line

Went to the Arby's in Clemmons, N.C. at 8:30 pm on June 22, 2021. Sit in line about 5 min. Got up to to order & was informed they were closing due to short staff. When I pulled up to the window to look in I saw 3 employees & the inside wasn't even open. So why in the Hell are y'all paying these people to do absolutely nothing & why can't 3 people have enough since to fix food at a drive thru? Very poor management! Will not go back. Close the damn place down or quit hiring [censored]s!

Arby's Hours open not posted where you can see them

Store #7700 in Palmyra, PA now closes at 7 PM. It is not posted anywhere in the parking lot where you wait for the drive-thru. Also they left at least 10 cars in line and then announced that they were closing. That is just wrong. Do you want the business or not. Sorry but from now on my family will not be visiting that store, we will go out of our way and go to the Arby's in Harrisburg on Union Deposit Road.

Arby's The sandwich wrapper

My wife brought home 3 roast beef sandwiches and I put the bag and all in the microwave for 2 minutes... Luckily I was standing by it and caught it in 20 seconds the bag was fully ablazed and the wrappers were starting to burn... Luckly there was no damage was able to get it to the sink to extinguish the fire... My thought not complaint is what would become if this was happening to a young child or older person? Think arby's should look into a different wrapper microwave save?

Arby's Drive thru order

I went to the Arby's in my hometown. As I began to place my order the lady said. "Let me stop you right there. We are out of Arby's sauce, do you still want to order?". I told her I did and continued to place my order. My order ID AAB3TJYGAGDU at Store #8755 was for 2- Half pound Roast Beef sandwiches, 1- Double Roast Beef sandwich, 2- Roast Beef sliders, and 2- Medium Curly fries. She replied it would be $17 and change and to pull around. As I thought back to past orders, they had been more than $25.00. I tried to correct the order with no resolve. In the end, I had nothing but curly fries to eat.

Arby's Sub sandwich

I love the roast beef sub & have gotten great ones at most Arby's. The cost is a little high for me, so I only get that one about once a month. Normally I get a regular roast beef.
I purchase one the other day on my way to work. I opened my sandwich and all it had on it was a small "wad" of roast beef in the center. No onions, cheese was melted to point I couldn't see it, and nothing else. I couldn't even eat it because it was so hard.
What really bothers me is when I got it from the drive thru window, I told the Woman working how much I love these steak subs. The guy who'd prepared it was handing it to her while I was telling her. He smiled while I said Thank you, and he smiled when all along he Knew what I would find when I opened it. I haven't gotten one after this happened, & I took picture of it. I will attach if there is a place here I can. Them I'm sure you will see why I'm upset.
