I ordered 2 meal options with on the screen contained sandwich, fries and a drink
I was charged for 1 meal option and a single sandwich and a drink
When I received my food, I told the person at the window I was missing a fry, and she looked at my order on the screen and stated
You only paid for 1 fry; I will have to charge you for the second fry.
Mind you I waited approx. 17 minutes for my order.
I explained that I had ordered two meals not a separate sandwich,
She again stated, to get the second fry you will have to pay for it.
Very rudely. No way I was waiting another 17 minutes for my fries I originally ordered.
The staff was too busy joking around with each other to take care of the customer. Had there not been a lot of playing going on, my order would have been entered correctly, I mind you had to repeat my order twice at the window. And they still got it wrong.
Not a happy customer at all.
Desired outcome: better customer service next time, employees to make customer a first priority, not there playing around with each other.
